Beeline just resealed a new update of Smurfs village game for iOS users. in this new update, Doctor smurf and reporter the new characters have been added to the smurfs village. A new world in the smurfs village has been created where you can attract many animals. So What’s new in this version 1.2.6 according to beeline ?
-Invite all kinds of animals to stay with Doctor Smurf inside a huge new Animal Sanctuary! Squirrels and Rabbits and Mice, oh my!
-Visit Reporter Smurf in the village every day for the Daily Smurf headline and get great bonuses!
-It’s back to school on the island with new items including Brainy’s Blackboard, desks, and more! Build an outdoor school for the Smurfs!

Help me! Find reporter smurf
Max number of animals is 20, but this adds up to a lot of xp per 8h. I'm max out at 20 animals, all at about level 3 and I have about 3000 xp/8h.
The update is quite nice, although it adds up to a lot of money…
The Reporter quest doesn't work yet ("Not connected to the internet or wrong device time")
There are many bug's in this update! why they didn't check it before release??

How can I add an animal to the Sanctuary!?!
Tap the truck next to the sanctuary hut. Make sure you visit the sanctuary and build a home for your new animal before you keep your new animal. Once your animal appears on the tree trunk tap him and then tap keep. He will then be transferred to the sanctuary

the sanctuary is fun, pity school desks cost smurf berries. a major bug is that time seems to stand still on the island, either that or the smurfs take big long naps and crops take ages to grow. plus i’ve had my game crash a few times. i still think it’s worth upgrading!
i think when i exit the game while at the island that’s when the smurfs stop working. then when i reload the app and visit the island the smurfs rush back to their crops to start where they left off.
I am experiencing the exact same problem – the moment I go back to the main village the growing of crops on the island stops until I return.

This has been the worst update with bugs.
The noise is really annoying and I also have problems with the timing of the growing and harvesting! Three times now I have had to use a smurfberry to bring back withered crops when they shouldn't even have finished growing. This morning I planted both the village and the island with peas -3- hours. Just gone in, the village has completed but the isla d is only on 2 hrs 51 mins left!! This is really messing me up. Please fix Beeline xx

This new update rocks!!!…..though i dont really understand the Reporter smurf thing. Do we have to have a twitter account to get rewards?
Also i couldnt find any info on the pink flamingo available for 8 sb. Theres a question mark underneath. What does it do/give ?

I can't get in it tells me my clock or Internet problem. but my wife has no twitter account and is getting reporter rewards . has to be yet more bugs with the stupid people at beeline

I placed the Pink Flamingo and it gave me 900+ XP when I placed it, but that's all you get. It doesn't "keep giving". Also, I can't figure out the Reporter Smurf aspect of the newest update…where IS he/she….???
You have to do Papa Smurf's quests. Eventually you'll find him.

Now, about Reporter smurf, in my case, he came with the update after a couple of Papa smurf story lines. But i am having the same issue as many: when i tap onhim,i get a message telling my clock/internet con. has a problem. I just hope it isnt related to twitter because i dont havean account and dont want one so it wouldnt be fair…
Its a nice update only again full of bugs Ive i had the choice i would wait downloading it how Nice The new smurfs and animale are this bugs seriously infect the playing of the game with pleasure!!

How do you get Reporter Smurf?
Does anyone know what the time indicators mean when you select a treat, i.e. peanuts 16 hours? They are used up immediately and there's no countdown to indicate that they will come down in price within the time limit indicated.
Does anyone know why you gain a smurf in the sanctuary when you build a habitat? It is not clear to me what purpose they serve… Thanx
There are couple of eyebrow raising things with this update.
1) When you click to enter the game, visit friend villages, or featured villages there is a sound of crop being harvested.
2) The maximum zoom out has been greatly decreased. You no longer can zoom all the way out to see the whole village if you have bought the two extra land expansion in the village or island.
I have tried several times to connect my game back on to the Internet. I have been playing smurfs village for a long time now, but I feel very disheartened by the fact that I am unable to play the game properly due to this fact. Can anyone please help me ?

Hi, I have that problem now and then even when my wifi connection is up and running. I found that if you log into Game Center it always seem to activate the Internet connection. I play the game on an iPhone 4s.
The island has a bug with this new update. What i plant if i go out from the game, remains freezed till I don't go back ….
Today is the 10th, do I wait for the new icon to appear before I can install new Dr. Or teacher or can I update now.
On the island you have to constant check your smurfs, otherwise they stop giving water to the plants and the growing time stops . So it wil last forever to grow your plants……;-(

I am highly upset with the editors of Smurfvillage!! Everytime I update my app the glitches get worse than they were before the update!!! So beyond frustrated!!!

the clock/time of crops planted at island is not moving whenever you leave the screen!! it only start ticking when you are at the island and the smurfs reaches to the farm individually!! please fix this, tq.

Anyone else find a bug on the island since updating? smurfs deserting the fields and the countdown to harvest clock stopping while your away from the island?
This new update is like a whole new game, still trying to work it out. Looks like there is already an extention waiting for the animals to use, no clue how this becomes available though.
Random animal running round the village I initially thought was to let you know that your shrub needed harvesting but I have since found them running round when no shrub needed harvesting, can't wait till some of you game savvy folk can give us a clue on just how this all works.

I reluctantly upgraded. Some of the features are ok, but of course with the update comes new bugs.
at least half of my palm trees have been switched to farms. Which really sucks considering you pay money for the trees. Still haven’t seen my rafts come back in two updates. I’m beginning to really hate this game.
I emailed Beeline about one of my rafts not returning. They are aware of the bug with no ETA on when it will be fixed.

I keep getting a time error or not connected to Internet error. My clock is set automatically by provider/iPhone and I am definitely connected to Internet

Where can I find reporter smurf?
Getting error mesage from reporter smurf saying “Your device time setting is not correct or you are not connected to internet. Please check your connection and clock setting and try again to recieve reporters gift”. I checked both my connectivity and my time settings are fine please help.

He shows up after you complete one of papa smurf's quests. But, if you have to complete the quest that you're on now before you get the quest. He'll show up after that.
you can try finishing the current papa smurf's mission, after that reporter smurf would appear

Love the animal sanctuary. Glad you can purchase it with coins. Havent found reporter smurf yet. The blackboard uses coins but the desks are smurfberry purchases. I just wish more items and new additions could be purchased with coins
The update screwed up my village and I can't play anymore
Really don't like that I can't zoom out on the village. I lost clumsy and couldn't go down to see him.

I just downloaded this update and I've noticed some problems, I dislike the new camera angle, when I plant crops I hear spam of crops (sound). When I have crops planted and visit my village the smurfs arent watering the crops and the crop time stays at is until they get there. The major problem is that I can't play clumsys game he has an exclamation mark on top of his head th whole time and when he falls I don't get xp for tapping him. Please fix this.
