On chistmas I was supposed to recieve a gift from the chistmas calendar but I did not,what should I do

I just updated my smurfs game to the latest version but it doesn't let me play it it just blacks out, I don't want to lose my village please help
You can find some tips regarding this issue here: http://www.mysmurfsvillage.com/smurfs-village-int… Especially in the comment section some people have reported that changing the time of the device fixed this issue, but make sure you have a backup before trying anything like that in case something goes wrong.
I don't know how to get presents from the calendar. What do I do?
You simply have to tap the calendar but the first 4 gifts were only tweets so no new gift has passed yet.

There is no Christmas tree now, so you cant upgrade it! Is only available during Christmas time
Why the nofication about my plant is ready to harvest but when I click it in,it haven't been able to harvest??
And why my smurf will gone sometime and I need to go to main menu for a few time then they appear again??is this my problem or what??
The problem is that some smurfs will water the same garden.
