Lost village or return to level 1
ByIf you opened the Game and your village reverted back to a lower level or restarted to level one, the most important thing to do is close the app immediately and do not continue playing. Then power cycle and restart your device (hold the sleep button on the top until a “slide to power of” message appears. After the device has restarted, go back to the App: your old village should be back.
If that has not helped, see the section “Backing up the village – preventing data loss and restoring a lost village” on how to restore it from a backup point.
Hey, i'm on level 26 and it looks like the story starts over again. Garagamel and Asrael telleing eachother the almost had the smurfs. And now papa smurf tells me to start building a garden,for smurfs to come to the village. I only have the piece of land left that i startet with, no houses and no gardens. But i do have all my money left and it still says level 26. Is this normal? And what can i do cause it seems thare are no smurfs left to build a garden.
Hey i have htc (android device) am in level 22 and i was playing normally, suddenly when i opened the smurf game to play it. Papa smurf showed and start asking to build a mashroom house just like the level one, and all my smurfes gone , and my village disappeared but it showed that am in level 22 but the village is empty!!what should i do??

I’m in level 35 and after opening it this morning I had lost 66 smurfs and could not go to the Island, the story started over again… tried to recover it according to above description but smurfs are still lost.
How do I get my smurfs back and how can I return to the Island

Go to game main menu, options, tap on papa smurf head 16 times until recover game button appears, tap recover game button, select level to preview and choose a previous level.
I got same phone, and samething happened to me in level 24. Since then, i was like f*** this game, and had to overclocked, but papa smurf can't get into the boat…….i guess HTC phones can't hold this game……. gotta quit this game….. lol
i want to update my village (im in christmes) vre 1.0.4.1.a in an android samsung galaxy 1 will my village will return to lvl1 if i update?
No, if you update it will stay as it is just with the new version. But do not delete the game and install it new, that will start you from level 1
I am in htc phone and I am in level 20 . I restart the phone . I lost the papa house anh some worker . It is still level 20 but the request from papa smurf at level one . Please help.

i’m on level 21 and after bought bucket of smurfberries, papa smurf likes give instruction as on level 1. all the smurfs are still there, however land on left side and all bottom land are missing. i’m afraid if i restore it, all the smuftberries will gone.
If you just bought smurfberries recently (less than a day), the saved game levels wont have smurfberries you bought.
You need to contact beeline to see if they credit your smurfberries after you restore your village.

I do not find the option "Recover Village" on option menu. How do I get it? Actually I lost my village and i was in level 30, now It is level one. How do I recover my village without having Recover Village option?

I have 49 fields and 13 box gardens unattended… sad to see alle the xp that I’m not getting as 66 smurfs are missing… storie is almost back on track… BUT i’m still missing 66 smurft… can anyone help… and yes I have already restores my game without succes…
my 4 snail’s and 4 caterpillar are also gone, but them I can buy again… 66 smurfs = 330 smurfberries = almoste $24.99…
Have i wasted my money and time on this game???

im at level 26, in a sudden, i loss all the snail and caterpillar and some smurf, is it normal? can not go to island as well.
Try to go to main meny and tap on papa smurfs head 16 time in this way you can go back to a date before this happend.
had to replace my samsung s2 and lost my village how do i get it back on the new phone?
The only option for android is backup app & data from old device to an external sd card. Then restore to new device.
But backup/restore is usually done on the same device or new device with same model so I dont know if this will work if new device is a different brand, version … etc.
I have two different account both in my iphone and ipad ,My iphone account disappear because the phone is in old version and do not have Game Center. When I broke the phone, the account disappeared.My ipad account just automatically become a level 1!!!!! and I don't not update the record into the game center.
But my friend told me, both my account still exist. She can see and visit my two account through her account because we added each other as a friend when we play the game.
My question is how can I get my village back?
I had purchase smurfberries for both of my account before , and I can show my Credit card information to prove both account are belong to me.
Please let me know , How can I get my count back or is there any more information I need to provide?

You can't bring the village from old iphone to another device because you were not using game center on old iphone. Sorry.
Your village is still on beeline game server but there is no way get to it.

hai i had yhe same problem with sanders dam only im at level 24 gargamel came and say he almost had all the smurf, then papa smurf tells me to start building a garden,for smurfs to come to the village only a notification that said jokey had accidentally burn down papa smurf house but give it back inside the present box the updated vesion with stars on the roof..im devastated, can you pls tell me what happen to my village?

Try again with papa smurf because thats the only chance you have unless you dont have another backup of your game somewhere.
i have the same problem too.. I level up to 28 and start to tell me the gargamel come and this occurs several times until i reinstall the app and start back level 1. However ,the issue still happen.. really disappointing.. hope beeline will fix the problem as soon as possible without worsen the situation even more
Actually go into options from main menu for androids n tap papa smurf on left side 16x n restore pops up in bottom right corner…. U will then c a page w dates to restore …. Similar to restoring a pc
Make sure you are tapping on Papa Smurf in the options screen, not on the main menu. The recover button appears in the bottom right corner. I had to recover today at 32. I lost about 12 hours of progress, but it could have been worse.

Have you tried to tap on papa smurf head 16 times. Main menu- Options and the tap on papa smurf. In this way you can go back in your game before this happend
WTF, I am in level 22 then when I opened the Smurfs after an update, I was back in level 1.
This happens all the time, you can always recover you village. DO NOT play, switch off your phone and turn it on, if it doesn't work, follow up the tips in this page: http://www.mysmurfsvillage.com/smurfs-village-gui…
I just discovered an anomaly – So my wife had to restore her iPhone. I backed everything up first and then did a complete restore. Previously she had been on level 36. When everything got put back on and rebooted, she found herself on level 30. She was mighty miffed! – I first of all did the tip here – nothing. Then I did the "tap Papa Smurf on the head 16 times" trick (in the comments here) – It did give me the option to restore the game – but it was the same one at level 30. Where had her level 36 game gone? – Answer was found in Gamecenter – which she had been using and hadn't signed in. I totally closed the Smurf game first (by double tapping the front button on the iPhone and then holding the Smurf icon down until it "shoogled" – as we say in Scotland – then I closed it) Once closed, I opened up Gamecenter and signed in with her username and password. Then opened up Smurfs again – it found her saved level 36 game and gave me the option to load it, or the level 30 game. I went for level 36 – and returned the phone to my happy wife – yay! Now she's playing like a happy smurf again – and I need to go and make my own dinner!
It's not really an anomaly. Game center always saves the latest level on game center server.
Without game center, you have to depend on local saved data which may or may not up to date. Also, the local saved data could be corrupted. Or you got the new device and there is no way to copy the game data from old device to new device.
Using game center, you can access your village on any apple devices.
I suddenly lost my entire village! I am back to level 1 & in tears!!! I have tried deleting the app & reinstalling as well as shutting it off & on to no avail.
Try recovering your village if it's connected with Game Center.
Thnx i was level 24 then i found it 1 my ipad entered sleep mode because the battery was empty i saw this so i quickly charged the ipad i opened the game i found my old village!!!
hi, i have the same problem, I wrote about it on this website on "Contact Us" just now. The thing is, I don't find any backup option. I am using samsung galaxy tab GT-P1000. please help me. it's a huge disappointment since all my special smurfs which i bought them using smurf berries are gone.

If u lost facebook account, contact facebook.
If u lost game center or apple account, u need to contact apple.
PLEASE HELP!!! Yesturday I was playing smurfs village. I am level 26, when my iphone crashed and turned off. I turned it back on and it reset and deleted all my games! I went back to itunes and re-downloaded Smurfs and it restarted. I hadnt realised anything was wrong until I saw I was only level one. I tried restarting, papa smurfs head and turned my iphone off and on but can't recover my game. What can I do?
If you play on Iphone you should have a backup through game center, but sometimes you need to play in the new village before you get an option to choose from if you want to start from the begining or if you want have your old village back again
