Papa Smurf’s hut offers a potion mini-game, the goal of it is to help Papa mix a potion by shaking the device (and therefore the potion) or swiping across the sreen with your finger until it has the correct colour and is done. The colour needed is shown on a square in the corner at the top left corner of the display.
Depending on the difficulty the game offers different amounts of XP as reward; the highest is 100 XP for a blue potion that has been rated “smurfy”

Are you sure you are baking the correct item? For example if he asks for Strawberry Cupcake, then Strawberrie Cake won't work. Also you must complete the game with at least good and place the item in your village before the task is completed.

On what level are you? Just wait for the next level, he should start giving quests again then. Regarding your missing friends, please read the according troubleshoot page.
Yeah, i have the right tree. I bought it for 750 coins and i also have the other trees that cost 150 and 100 coins.pls can you tell me what to do?
Then the only advice I have for you is to try again. You really have to get the bottom where there is this wooden cross. That is what you have to tap. It has worked for everyone I know so far. Maybe also restart your device, just to make sure. And also you could move the tree to a different place. You have to tap it at the same place for moving where you have to tap it for upgrading, so if you can move it, you should be able to upgrade it.
I have tapped at the bottom of the tree but nothing happens, its not reacting and i really need to update it to move further with my game…plz hep
Are you using the correct tree? Like I said it only works on the one available for 750 Coins. It is the one that you can only place once in the village.

This seems to be a corrupt village. Try restarting your device and see if he comes back. If he does not, you can try the recover village tip to restore to a point were you still had him (if there is a point saved with him). If that does not work, you will have to contact Beeline (support@beeline-i.com) to see if they can help.

You have to tap on the bottom of the christmas tree, then an upgrade window pops up, but it works only on the first tree that is available from the shop.

Just buy them from the second shop (the one with the flower icon) and place them somewhere in your village. The same as you would place any other item.

All of Papa Smurfs quest only complete when they are not only planted, but harvested as well. Regarding the loss of Papa/Brainy, try turning your device off and on again, if that does not work you can use the recover village feature to restore to a point when they were still there, though you might loose some progress. I can't play Papa Smurfs potion mixing game on my Android phone. i now have a task for what i need to mix a blue potion, but i can't play the game.
Is it a known bug on Android since the release?
What happens if you try to play it? Does the game crash or do you get some kind of error message?

That is weired, I would advice to contact Beeline (support@beeline-i.com) so they can sort it out. Also restart your device, that often helps with those kind of problems.
ive restarted my phone a few times and the potion game still doesnt work. im frustrated cuz i need to mix the potion and cant do it either. any suggestions.

i have the same problem too. started to happen after i restore to a previous point. start the game, choose blue potion, just tap once on the flask and wait until the timer reaches 0 then it says that the potion is ruined. shake it hard or ever let it goes off, however i do it, it always says oh no the potion is ruined. pls help because i want to complete papa's quest, just done the first riddle…
I have the same problem on my android no matter what you do or dont do on the potion mixing game it says potion ruined…. tap the potion once it ruins shake the heck out of phone its ruined. Gently shake phone its ruined sit there and do nothing its ruined. And greedy smurfs bakery is bugged since the winter update as well no matter what i bake or how well i do i only get 20 exp …waste of time. I told beeline about both issues as well as losing 2 smurfberries they responded but only told,me how to get my berries back….
I do not shake the phone – its a touch screen so I go very lightly with my fingers back and forth – lately I get better results to make circels with 2-3 fingers. More pressure – worse results…

I am on level 39 and papa surfs challenge is to plant a crop of lettuce, a crop of green peppers and a crop of radishes. That’s been done. About 5 times each. Challenge won’t change. Just a bug or what can I do?
There is really nothing you can do, if its a bug, you will just have to wait till the next update. the only thing i can think of is when u click on him and the task shows tht you accept and not the other button. Also, try restarting your device.

As my answer says, you have to harvest them in the right order (as Papa Smurf gives them) and at the same time, that means first plant lettuce, then after 10 hours plant radishes and 5 minutes before they are done plant the pepper.

Nothing, it has happened with the latest update and will probably continue for a while. You might get lucky and it will be fixed with the next update (should be alive today or tomorrow, the Game Center icon already changed). If not you will just have to live through those quests, they stop eventually
Look at the bottom of the quest maybe you'll find it says plant 50 cantaloupes!

There is nothing you can do at the moment, you will have to wait for a fix from Beeline
So I already upgraded papa smurf's hut when it was available before level 23. So now I can't complete alchemist smurf's quest. So I still have to wait I'm guessing.
It is an error that came with the latest update, there is nothing you can do about it other than to wait for Beeline to fix it.

papa smurf keeps giving me really low xp missions like "plans watermelons" for 120 xp and i'm on level 27. what do i do?
You can not influence that, all his task, except the "story ones" after a new level has been reached are random
Another problem. Since I updated my Smurf, the game is soooo slow that it takes a few seconds for just planting one item. Also, when I do one thing (like harvesting or planting), there are times that the hut status shows up, etc, etc…..I no longer enjoy playing with Smurf anymore. I just plant 24-hr items so I will only play with it once or twice a day. I use iTouch 2.
It is something that many people are experiencing at the moment and I do not think that you can do anything about it. The way it looks at the moment we will have to wait for a fix from Beeline.

Is there a secret to mixing the potion? Sometimes the arrow moves so slowly that the color does not change in time. Yet other times the arrow moves very quickly and I have to stop mixing for several seconds. I don’t know if I am doing things differently without realizing it, or if there is a trick I don’t know.
Anyone know how to mix faster or slower—–how to have control over the mixing?

There is not really a secret, it is always different how the arrow reacts, sometimes easier, sometimes slower. The best way to do it is to shake your device streadily, not too slow, but also not too fast

When it says "Add" you do not have to move/shake the potion, but drag one of the three potion from the shelf (top left) into the bottle. You have to choose the color that is not transparent then.

Sorry, there is no way to change what Papa Smurf wants you to do. It is a bug, the producers/developers will fix this in the next update, so you can complete all the tasks again without having to use Smurfberries. Unfortunately, if you do not want to use Smurfberries, it means you have to wait for the next update to complete that task and get a new quest

Are you sure that is what he said? There is a task at the later levels (sometime after level 30) where Papa speaks backwards, i.e. everything he says is written from right to left. However, this does not seem to be it. To complete the task you have to plant magical raspberries, maybe just try if this helps with his quest.

You can not skip tasks, It is a bug that he asks you for crops that can only be bought with Smurfberries, the producers/developers will fix this in the next update, so you can complete all the tasks again without having to use Smurfberries.

Papa Smurf wants me to "take a photo of the village" and nothing I've tried works. I've taken a picture of the village, I've tried adding hats to it thru Vanity Smurf, I've saved both versions to my iPhone. Nothing seems to do any good. Please help!
You have to do it through the game's picture mode. Just click on the Shop Button (bottom right corner), then click on the camera button (top, next to the main menu sign) and choose a nice picture. Once you have found the part of the village that you want to take a picture of, just tap on the camera button in the bottom left corner and a photo is taken.
Also make sure you have clicked "ok" and not "Not Now" on Papa's Quest, otherwise the taken photo might not be counted and the quest won't be completed.

Have you read my answer? You have to do it with the picture mode provided by the game, not the screenshot mode of your device. I have not heard of anyone who this has not worked for if they did it as I said in my answer above.

that is weird. papa smurf asks for a lot of things, especially planting certain items and sending smurfs to fix things or gather things.
I use two units of itouch for the smurfs, my daughter's and mine. With my daughter's, Papa Smurf asks me to do a lot of things, but with my itouch, he only asks me to bake…..
Have you made sure that you completed the baking task. Is it always a different? Maybe you are baking the wrong item (for example Blueberry Cupcake instead of Blueberry Cake)?

Ok that is weired, there is only one other thing I can imagine that might have gone wrong, when Papa gives you the task have you made sure you pressed ok, and not the "not now" button before baking the cupcake? Because only when you have pressed "ok" your cupcake will count as completion of the task

you can get wood either from Timber Smurf, as gifts from friends, as rewards from Lucky Smurf, from a Wood Raft Voyage or by buying them for Smurfberries)
already collected more than 10 from timber smurf but the quest is still not completed
You may be facing a glitch, as it worked for a lot of others, including me. Try collecting from Jokey, Lucky or even get your friends to gift you wood.
