You need to dig anywhere you have free space on the mountain to find it.

If you're level 26 Papa Smurf will ask you to get materials for Timber. If that quest is completed you can upgrade Timber Smurf's hut for 7500 gold. The wood then disappears.

i tried to plant a mushroom at my 2nd village and the riddle is not yet done in my 1st village.. if papa smurf wants the mushroom to be planted in the 1st village, how can i do that? i dont have the storage hut too

How do you get the dam and when?
You must wait for papa smurf to tell you to build it on the island , it takes like 60 plus hours to build

You do not have to place a mushroom house, just a decorative mushroom from the second shop.

I placed a mushroom and it didn't work. And no it wasn't a mushroom house.
It should have worked. Have you clicked "ok" on the quest window? If you click "Cancel" or "not now" it won't register as completed. I would suggest trying again, maybe with a different mushroom
i was buy anything colours of mushroom. and the riddle is done. but i still cant buy a baloon to travel on the mountain. what should i do… i was stuck from 25 level,im on 28 level now.. please smurfette

I am also planting the 20 flower boxes, but I am doing 10 at a time, but I have harvested 23 now and it still hasn't let me finish the quest – I am planting another 10 tonight and hopefully I will be able to move on – any-one else have this problem. Thank you.
It is not enough to regrow existing flowers after they got watered, you have to delete the flowers from the box and plant new ones. Then you do not even have to finish them, just planting and immediately deleting them will do the trick.

You didn't know my problem. I don't build room (first shop) i allready placed all room in second shop. Now didn't have any mushroom available to place. So can't complete riddle 2
You are right, I do not understand your problem. There are no mushroom houses in the second shop, only in the first (and in the third if you count the Smurfberry ones), the musrhooms in the second shop are all flowers/plants/fungus (or whatever mushrooms) are and you can buy and place as many of those as you want, there is no limit. An example for them would be the 4 small mushrooms each for 5 Coins in blue, two kinds of red and lilac.

I plant three different things: two different flowers, one for 100 gold coins and the other for 200 gold coins, and also one little flower for 29 gold coins. All these things are in the second shop.. and it didn’t work!!can you exactly tell me which item i have to plant please?!

As our solution says, you do not have to build a mushroom house, you have to place the plant

In the build menu there are three shops, the first one has a little mushroom house sign, the second one is the one with the flower and the last one is the one with the Smurfberries.

The 2nd riddle has not appeared for me and I have completed the first one and got it correct. Does it appear at the next level or has it stuffed up?
It should appear right after the first riddle, if it does not, just complete the current task (or wait for the next level), maybe it comes after that and it is just a bug.

when does the 2nd riddle pop up
The Riddles come up in level 23 (but you have to have finished all of Papa's previous quests). The 2nd riddle comes right after the completion of the first riddle
