My I pod is gliching out and I can't loud on to smurfs any ideas what to do?
Beeline has stated they will issue a fix for the crashing on or aroind May 1. Or, if you know how to restore your game from Game Center, you could delete the SV game, reinstall it, and restore your data from Game Center. Beeline does not recommend using the latter solution as it is risky because players who are not fully acquainted with how the process works, it is possible to lose everything and have to restart the game from Level 1.
I have an older ipod and Beeline is no longer granting updates,but I wouldn't mind if the snow on the my ground was gone and I still have Christmas decorations on the small trees.Anyon have some ideas on how I can remove these?
Sorry dont think there is anything you can do, you can try to contact Beeline and se what they say

Go to options and turn effects on.

I wanna ask you, because i like this game bery much. But if i update my season i will started with new level (level 1), now my level is 26 and i don’t want to remedial with level 1. I like and want to my smurf village still update with seasonals. Would you like inform me how i can update my season but still continue my level? Please…

Just update (do not delete the existing game) and you can continue your level. If you want to make sure you do not lose any progress make sure you have a backup, you can find infos on that in our Troubleshooting section.
If i upgrade my village, i’ll started with a new level (level1)..

You shouldn't lose what level you are on with an update.

Brainy smurf update will come up next my be in 2 weeks time, but not sure. Tracker will visit it you village once a week, probably the end of the week

I don’t have any of this stuff with the new update with the exception of Dreamy Smurf. How do I get it? I’m on level 25-almost 26.

No, the new update is not yet out on Android. At the top of our website you see which version is available at the moment for which plattform. Android is still the Valentine's Day version with Smurfette's icon.
I can barely see the edge of the beach! What do I need to do so I can see all of it? I've got beach chairs out and houses nearby.
At the moment the beach is covered with snow, is that what you mean? It will return when the snow is removed.
I missed the Halloween updates and I don't have scardy smurf and alchemist smurf. How can I have them? Can someone help me in here?
Please read the article on Scaredy Smurf and Alchemist Smurf. You do not need the halloween version to get them.
Will the update be for Android too?
Beeline has not announced that yet, they neither said it will be iOS only nor that it will be Android and iOS so you just have to wait and see, but I would assume Android will get it as well, though probably not on the same day.
Does anyone know when the Christmas items will dissapear ? I've done an update but they are still there? X
I suppose with the next content update it will be removed. The snow might also stay one update longer, depending on what Beeline planned as it is still winter, last year the snow was removed in February, but then there were no updates between Christmas and February. So I guess we just have to wait and see.
When it says this is a seasonal item that will disappear in the next update, does that mean it will no longer be available for purchase but the items I purchased will remain? Or will the items I purchased disappear as well? If my items disappear will they return next Christmas?
It means both, the item will neither be available for purchase nor will your current items stay. We do not know what is plant for next Christmas, but from Christmas 2010 to Christmas 2011 the items did reappear, but just for purchase, meaning you had to rebuy them. I suppose it will stay that way.
When does the Christmas Seasonal update change back to pre Christmas so there is no snow ?
Probably with the next update, which is expected in mid january, however, it is possible that the snow might stay a little bit longer as it is still winter, but the Christmas items will be removed with the coming update.
My papa smurf, brainy smurf, and smurfette all went back to normal. They are not Christmas dressed anymore. My trees and candy canes are all still there. No updates available. I also lost all my Christmas icons. Any ideas?
The dresses, christmas icons etc. are gone because christmas is over. As soon as the next update is released, the decorations will be gone as well, but they can not be remotely deleted by Beeline, so you will keep them until the next update is out.
How to Upgrade the Christmas tree, and if I can not how can I get papa smurf to move on?

Seasonal updates are always temporary, but there have been regular updates, so I would guess the next seasonal update will be around halloween
How do I get the updates…i don't have the Christmas update
Download via iTunes, but it is only available on iOS, not Android
