There’s a glitch associated with Grouchy’s Tulip Harvest Quest that has been causing players difficulty. Unfortunately, users must work around this error until it’s resolved in the next Smurfs Village update. Simply planting tulips in several flower boxes and then harvesting them will not count towards completing Grouchy’s task. In this quest due to a glitch, players aren’t allowed to reuse flower boxes unless they spend Smurfberries to accelerate the growing process.
Luckily, whether a player is Smurfberry rich or on a tight SB budget there are two successful methods for completing this arduous task. The first method that works is to repeatedly plant one tulip at a time and then harvest it instantly using SBs. Although costly, for some reason this approach is accepted. The second approach is to simply have 30 flower boxes in your village, plant the tulips, and then harvest them when ready. If you don’t have that many flower boxes on hand, a quick way to access them is to delete crop fields. Crop plots and flower gardens have equal value. Players are limited to a specific number depending on their level. Simply delete a crop plot for each flower bed you need. Once deleted, enter the build menu and purchase extra flower boxes until you have 30 empty ones available. Then plant red or pink tulips and wait until they’re ready to be harvested. When the tulips are harvested Grouchy will grant users with their XP reward. Both methods work. Select the solution that is most convenient for you.
