Smurfette costs 30 Smurfberries and comes with her own house, she is, however, not stationary and walks around in the village, blowing kisses to the other Smurfs every now and then.
If Smurfette has a heart above her head, tapping this means that she gives 15 XP for every Smurf who is close to her. This happens every couple of hours. With this patience is a virtue, because there should be as many Smurfs around her as possible. A good trick for that is to tap on the Smurfs at a specific area, once tapped they start waving with their hand and don’t move anymore. That way a lot of Smurfs can be gathered in that area and as soon as Smurfette comes nearby they will all give the extra XP. Another trick is to wait until a harvest is done, then all Smurfs stop working and start walking around, usually all at once, so it is easier to gather them in one place.
Smurfette will only give the bonus XP to the working Smurfs, the special Smurfs like Papa, Brainy, etc. are not affected, even if they are in her proximity.
If you don’t buy Smurfette, she will visit your village in some seasonal updates, i.e Christmas and Valentine updates. She will eventually give you some quests and riddles.

They were items that were temporarily available and can not be bought anymore. They might come up again, but not at the moment.

On android, all flowers work! And I would like to say that the simplest way to complete the quest is plant all flowerboxes with ANY flower, then delete ONE of them and keep replanting that one until quest is complete.

Have you tried harvesting ALL at the same time? this would mean you need 20 flower boxes.

Hey I've got a problem in here, my stupid boyfriend get the clock of my phone advanced, and then when I changed it again Papa Smurf told me something like if I do that again the smurfs can leave my Village, but he did it again just to annoy me, and then I get the clock like it has to be but now my Smurfette, Grouchy and Baby Smurf don't give me any XP and it's been about 10 hours and nothing yet, what happened?
You have to wait until the time he cheated towards has come in real life, i.e. if he set the time ahead for seven days, they will give XP and gifts again in 8 days.

Read the article above, you can not just buy a random house, you have to buy her house from the Smurfberry Shop for 30 Smurfberries if you want her to stay.
Okay, so I'm kinda new to this game. not really that high on levels yet, butttttt….. I played prior to Christmas, and Smurfette showed up and when i tap on her she still says "I'm visiting your village until just after Christmas. After that you'll need to build my house if you want me to stay" does this mean that I have to build the 30 smurfberries house or is there another way? Sorry for all the questions!
It means that you have to buy her house for 30 Smurfberries or the will leave your village.
I had bought smurfette in the smurfberry shop a long time ago but in the last update when smurfette got back to her normal clothes her house disappeared as grouchy did.
I just updated with the new version 1.1.5.1, grouchy has come back but the house of smurfette didn’t.

Smurfette does not have a game. There is another game called "smurf's grabber" where she has a came, but in the Smurf's Village she does not come with her own game.

Today I was offered Smurfette for one smurfberry as she was leaving, when I clicked on use smurfberry nothing happened. If you go into the store she is still 30! Typicial it did not work
You do not get Smurfette for 1 Smurfberry but you have to buy her hut from the Smurfberry Shop for 30 Smurfberry just as the article above says. The use 1 Smurfberry button should not have been there, that was probably a glitch as it is the button that enables you to complete quests for one Smurfberry, but to get Smurfette you have to pay the Smurfberries just as anyone else (otherwise it would have been unfair to the people who bought her for 30 Smurfberries).
I jut received a meesage telling me that Smurfette's time in the village has expired and if I want her permanently I would need to build her a hut for 1 smurfberry. When I tried to accept the offer nothing hapened. Was this a glitch?
You do not need to build her a house for 1 smurfberry, but buy her hut from the Smurfberry Shop for 30 Smurfberry just as the article above says. This usually happens if you have used the time cheat (i.e. set the time ahead to finish tasks/crops faster). It will return to normal when the time you set the clock ahead to has come in real life.

To anyone who DOESN'T have smurfette's house build and therefore has the free/temporary version of her…. Does she only give you 15 XP when tapped regardless of how many worker smurfs are around her?
Yes ! I get the free smurfette but she doesn't not give XP to surrounding worker smurfs.

Smurfette recently came to my village. I tap on the heart above her head even when she is near working smurfs who are not working but I only get 15xp. The other nearby smurfs are not given extra xp. What should I do?
That is normal, Smurfette is in everyones village for christmas without them having to buy her for smurfberries, but if she has not been bought, she will only give XP to one Smurf nearby. If you want her to give more XP you have to buy her hut from the Smurfberry Shop
Since some weeks ago, after the lone smurf test, I cannot find smurffete, the hut is there but she just disappeared. How can I have her back?
Are you sure she is not still lone smurf? If not, you can try to restore your village to a point were she was still there (Instructions here: http://www.mysmurfsvillage.com/smurfs-village-gui… But as it has been weeks already, it is possible that there either is no backup point with her in it or you might lose quite some progress. Other than that, I can only advice to contact Beeline (support@beeline-i.com)

If you update your game before buying her hut, she will leave, but as soon as you buy her house, she will of course come back.

Will she give the XP bonus for the surrounding worker smurfs WHILE that are working?
Yes, but it is difficult to get her close to many smurfs while they are working. The best time is, in my opinion, just when they stoped working, then it is easy to get a bunch of them close together.
Will I see a group of "XP xx" when I tap her near other smurfs (like with miner and timber)? Or do the additional bonuses not show? I ask because when I tap her near other smurfs, I see only her "XP 15" and nothing else.
Yes, if you only see 15XP once, it means only one Smurf was affected by the extra XP. To affect more Smurfs, they have to be quite close to Smurfette.
I havent purchased smurfette yet so I only have the free version of her that comes with the update. I was able to get her into a tight group of worker smurfs, but when I tapped her, only one "XP 15" displayed. Could it be that the free smurfette in 1.1.5 doesnt behave the same as the purchased smurfette?
I have not heard about that yet, but it is possible if you only get the XP 15 one time, maybe it is limited to one Smurf with the free version.

Yes, however if you bought her even with the chrismas update, you will then get 15xp/smurf

3days ago, Lone smurf (smurfette) gave me a quest "wave to fans" I should tap on her when the heart icon appears over her head, but since the quest has been given, the heart never appears! How long should I wait?
It should appear withing a couple of hours, just like it does for Smurfette. Have you used the time cheat (i.e. set the time on your game ahead)? Because like Jokey, Smurfette etc. Lone Smurf will then stop giving extra XP as well, so her heart does not appear. If you have not, just try taping her, maybe it works even though the heart is not visible.
I've noticed in featured villages, there're many hearts and plants around smurfette's hut. How do I get them ? I'm currently on level 35.
Those were special items for Valentinesday. They might come back next year on Valentines Day, like the Thanksgiving Statue this year, but Beeline might also add new valentines items, so we'll have to see if they become available again, at the moment you can not get them.

What does six player pictures mean on the discription under smufettes house?
When you are in your village and you click on the square picture in the status bar you can choose a user picture for you/you're village. If you buy Smurfette, you get six new once to choose (the onces that are now transparent and have Smurfette on them).

In the option you have to click on papa smurfs head 16 times then the button will appear

Unfortunately, if you do the restore and you can even find a point in the backups were you did not have her, then you will loose all the progress. Have you tried turning your phone off and on again, that sometimes helps?. Other than that, I can only suggest that you contact Beeline, they might have a solution (support@beeline-i.com)

Look well she is suppose to have a heart floating above her head, if you did not find her try closing the game via multitask bar and closing and reopening your device. If still cannot locate her then you should contact Beeline (support@beeline-i.com)

This seems to be someting that some people are experiencing since the latest update. I do not know about anything you can do that can solve this yet, so you might have to wait for Beeline to fix it with one of the next updates

What do you mean you can not touch her? Normally if you tap on her she would tell you what quests she is having for you. What is happening when you tap on her?
She is just waving. It startet on lvl 15 and it continued at lvl 16. Sometimes the heart over her heat appears, men after I gathered xp the ! sign appears again and nothing else happens. Does the quest come later or is something wrong?
That is really weired, it seems to be something has been corrupted. The fact that she is waving and giving the XP when she has the heart shows that the tap is "received" by her. I have never heard of an error like that. The only thing I can come up with is to restart your device (if you have not done that yet) to make sure it is not a memory issue. If that does not help, I would advice to contact Beeline (support@beeline-i.com)
I'll try that. But can you say when the next quest Smurfette gives after lvl 16? It may help to get to that point
She will give one quest per level, but in the higher level she will run out of quests, but as far as I remember this only happends sometime in level 20 or more. The next quest she will give you should be on level 17.
I have the same thing happening on mine. Smurfette has a ! above her head but when I touch her she just waves and blows kisses no quest given and the ! won't go away. I'm on level 19.

Go to the Build Menu and there at the top is a camer symbol, just tap on it and once you took your picture Papa will mark the quest as completed
Once I have enough smurfberries, I plan to buy Smurfette, I have 21 so far.
Every update and every Smurf has a comment session, is there somewhere that you can go to as sometimes I have forgotten where I posted and hoping to get an answer somewhere.
I am in a bind lately as my notifications do not work and somehow, we are not able to sign on WI FI , my husband does not know why and he does not think is an Apple problem, so I have no one to turn to. It is no fun when there is no sound to remind of the crops harvesting.
This has been a dull 2 weeks.
I am not able to update with the newest SMURF function either, what a bummer.

Did you update your device to iOS 5? Because they changed the way notifications are handled. Go to Settings (on your device, not within the app) and then notificatiosn and see if sound notifications are allowed for the Smurfs App, that might solve your problem.

No, you just need enough Smurfberries, but then you can buy her from level one onwards.

It is not available for computer, only iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and some Android devices

She comes immediately after you placed the house. Can you find her house in your village? If so, that is really weird, I have not heard of an issue with Smurfette yet. Try re setting the game. That's what I did the last time Papa Smurf left my village and it worked.
She has disappeared from my village too! And become invisible except for her heart showing. She is not in Lone Smurf costume either. This has happened to Papa too. I have restored my village and re found her, but it has happened again. Please help!
That is something that has happened since the latest (Halloween) update. You will have to wait for Beeline to fix it. Try restarting your device, that helps sometimes.

Whether Smurfette is worth the Smurfberries for you is something you have to decide for yourself. She does give good XP (especially if you have lots of Smurfs). She gives 15XP for every Smurf close to her and you can redo this every couple of hours. If you time it so that she has many Smurfs around her before getting the XP you can get a lot of XP.

Yes, that is normally, but she will run out of quests, so she can not act like Papa Smurf, who generally always has a quest. However, the grape quest will be fixed soon, though Beeline said the update has been delayed a little bit.
Sure the new update to get rid of the grape quest should be up soon, and yes, its normal that smurfette may give quests
The update that removed the grape quests was released several month ago.

Smurfette seems to have disappeared from my village. What do I do to get her back?
If you had not bought Smurfettes house, but she was still in the village, then you used to have an old version (valentines) of the game, were Smurfette was for free in the village for a limited time without a hut. If that is the case, she is now gone, probably due to an update of the game and can not be restored.
If you bought Smurfette and she or her hut are gone, then there is something wrong with your village, I suggest you use the recover village tip to restore to a point were she was still there, although you might loose some progress.

Try updating your village. That's what I did when Papa Smurf disappeared and it worked.
