A bar at the upper left gives useful information regarding the current status of the. It shows the level of the village, how many Smurfs live in it, how many of them are not occupied and available to build or grow something, the amount of Coins and Smurfberries that can be spend as well as an indicator to how long it will take to reach the next level (i.e. XP status for the current level in percentage).
This status bar is going to be the most important thing you have in your village. The higher your level goes, the more difficult (i.e. the more XP is required) to get to the next level. It also shows the total of your Smurfs living in the village. If Papa Smurf (or someone else) sends Smurfs away for a quest they will be removed from the number of Smurfs available to work.
The total number of Smurfs living in the village (that is the second counter in the Smurf count) equals the number of crop fields, flower pots and shrubs (or trees) you can have in your village as total.
If you have reached the maximum level, that means if there is no new level available at the moment, the status bar will say “Max” instead of your current status on the way to the next level. As soon as a new level is added with a new update of the game, the status bar will again show your percentage and not say “Max.” anymore. All the XP you gain while being on the maximum level is still counted in will increase (or jump ahead) once a new level has been added.
That means nothing you do is in vain, not even collecting XP while having reached the last available level at the moment.
I' m at level 54 and now my status bar shows no percentage. How can this be fixed?
I'm not sure about this, but when you max up you the percentage wont change, you may wait until next update it will be fixed hopefully

The percentage shows MAX but the level doesn't change to 53.

There is nothing wrong with it. Level 52 is currently the max level. Until Beeline adds another level, your percentage will reflect as MAX level.

I’m in level 22 and noticed that my smurf become lesser and lesser… now my smurf left 17 only… and another island left with 1. eventhough i have more than 1 house

Hai…. i really need help here! my smurfs village is now on level 19.. but suddenly all my room and all of my ground are gone!! papa smurfs ask me to build the first ground but nowhere that u can put the ground on the field.. it's jut so weird.. on the left top i can see that my levels still on level 19, but why i lose all the thins in my village? is there any tricks for this? oya, and another weird thing is, before i only have around 36 smurfs, but now it's written 50/50 smurfs… ypu can visit my village if u can;t imagine what happen with my village.. add me in my fb lina_chou89@yahoo.com.. i could help to give you present every day..

On the status bar it shows loads of pictures, I only need four more and it says I require the thanksgiving pack turkey statue. How do I get this I can’t find it anywhere and I have bought pretty much all I can with smurfberries already thanks
Thanks given pack was on sale on Thanksgiving as a promotional item, so basically you need to wait until November in order to get it as it shows up every November.

I've been reading all the solutions over here for the bug with the % but it doesn't change in my village.
I am in level 32 en my percentage is 445243%
I have restored my village by going to the option menu and than tapping 16 times on papa smurf.
I am also connected to gamecenter.
What do I need to do cause I really want this to be fixed.

Do you have the latest updatem, you dont write if you play on android or iOs we need to know that to help you
I play on iOs, sorry for not mentioning that. I do have the latest update (1.2.1)

I'm at level 30 and I noticed that since I updated the latest version I'm no longer having any new XP points added for harvesting crops, flowers, trees or playing any of the games…… There's also a glitch in the tool bar when I'm on the Island. What can I do to start collecting points again?

It unlocks the golden corn and golden potatoes crop for you. Good for harvesting coins.
I am on Level 24 and Papa Smurf keeps telling me to smurf to the new island as my quest. I do not see my quest as complete and the XP granted when i travel to the new island. Am i doing something wrong>?
Our status bar is showing full (as if at 100%). We are at level 24. And actual percentage is showing 12395%. Seriously. That isn't possible. On the original iPad. We don't want to do anything anymore because recovery area shows last three days at level 24 0%. Also there is a blue line that extends from level bar thru across entire screen.
Please don’t double post in different sections. This is definetly a bug and indicates that something has gone wrong/been corrupted in your village. Are there any backup points that do not have that “long blue line”? Maybe of a couple of days earlier, level 22 or 23? Have you connected your village to game center?
I apologize for double posting. Anyway, thanks. I recovered from level 23 and everything looks okay now. And yes we are connected to game center.
Glad it works, I just asked about Game Center if it did not work for further options, but then it should now be okay again.
That’s what happened to me too. But I also got 7.6million+ smurfberries at the same time as well as 800.000 coins. It is still counting when I spend and the Xp number changes slowly. It now says 155986 I think cause the last number is on the wooden border and not lisible. I decided to keep it finally as I m having a great time with the berries and everything I bought. :•) worst situation I think is not to level up anymore but as I am already at level 43 I ll take my chances. (maybe this is the actual Xp count number?)
I had the same problem with the progress bar and millions of sb. However, the progress bar corrected itself after 3 days and now I am back to normal. I still have millions sb .
It finally came back to me after a month or so. I think it happened when I leveled up. I still have millions of smurfberries.

how do you get those millions of sb? I have the same problem with my percentage, I already reloaded my village but nothing changed. I also haven't got any smurfberries or coins in a while.

The only way to get millions of sb is to buy them or cheat but that can be illegall and we are not recommended you to do that
Hi, i am at level 23 with 48 smurfs. Papa smurf has just asked me to plant flowers in 20 flower pots however i only have 1 flower pot & when i go to buy more it says "need another smurf". I guess i should have been buying flower pots at each level…but how do i get more now?
Did you find out how to do it? Cause now it's my turn & I'm totally stuck..
You have to either add new smurfs or delete a crop field/shrub.
you would have to get ride of gardens/shrubs
How can i know how many XP each level need ??
You can't really, you can just try to calculate it (i.e. how much XP is needed for 1%, then multiply with a hundred), but as it is only given in % there is no way for you to get the exact number from the game without calculating it.

Our Admin has done it for some of the levels a while back. According to his calculations you need:

why the xp status is only in percentage? I dI like to know how many xp is this percentage for the lever I m in.
It is probably in percentage because the amount of XP for each level increases with the next level and that way it is easier to show. If you want that changed you can suggest it to Beeline at support@beeline-i.com and see if they might consider it.

You can still get free Smurfberries from Jokey and Marco Smurf, though that is rare. Other than that you will have to wait for them to add a new level (probably with the next update) or buy Smurfberries with real money
I am at level 19 now and the big bridge across the left river is still under construction.
Last night, it happened that the land on the left side of the village could be accessed. Although the big bridge was not completely built, I though the land on the left side might be unlocked upon partial construciton of the big bridge. Thus, I moved all my 15 flower beds to the left side of the village.
However, later on, there was a message about “…bad time device…” and the left side of the village is LOCKED. Now, I can’t access to the left side and my flower planted is withering. What can I do?
It seems there was a glitch with your time settings the last time you opened the game and it thought the bridge was already complete.
Depending on how long you have two wait for the bridge to be done, you have two choices. Either wait untill it is done, then replant everything or turn the time of your device ahead so that the bridge will be done and move the things back, then turn the time to its original state. You might want to open the game without Internet connection (airplane mode) while the time is set ahead.
My status bar is not working in level 36! I've been working on it for over a week and there is no percentage nor is the bar moving, it's completely empty! Will it come back once I do the next update??? Help please.
That is because you have reached the max. level. As soon as new levels are added (there has been an update with new levels, so just update the game) it will show your XP correctly again. All the XP you have accumulated will be added, so it was not in vain.

Restore it from an iTunes backup, if that does not work and you do not have your village connected to Game Center, you can not get it back. Contact Beeline (support@beeline-i.com) with the receipt of the purchase and they can restore the Smurfberries
would be nice if you could view how many % friends have, besides their level
