Hi! I'm on level 21 and clumsy keeps asking me to upgrade a house fpr him using handy smurf. Any idea how to do this? Everytime I urpgrade a house nothing happes with clumsy, he still asks me to uprgrade a house. Instead papa smurfs quest is always finished. He gives me a new quest. when i upgrade a house. Very strange.

Since about level 20 the game won't let me build any houses on the mainland. I have about 75 smurfs. Have I reached my limit?
U get to build 1 hut per level. So you are level 20, then u should have about 20 huts
Number of smurfs doesn't mean anything because u can upgrade house to get more smurfs or buy just a smurf for 5sb each.
I am on ipad 2. my game has crashed this is the second time now, first time I started again I cannot start for a third time. I did contact Beeline still no answer from them so I presume they are not interested. It will not load from the orange screen. I have tried loads of suggestions from various sites but nothing seems to have worked. Does anyone have a fix? thx
THe last option is reinstall the game if you are using game center to launch your game.
Do not reinstall the game if you are not using game center because you will lose all game data.
I am in Level 10 and want to upgrade the house eventhough I have about 600 coins. When I press the house, it just show "Total Population 9/9" only. Am I not allow tu upgrade till I have sufficient more coins and have to reach till to Level ???
Each upgrade cost 500 coins. Wait until u have 1000 coins then tap on hut to see if it let you upgrade.
We are at level 37 and moved flowers on the island we can now only see half of our island and no matter what we do we can't move across to view are houses crops etc…. Any suggestion wld be great thanks
Did u build the dam ? If u have the dam and still cant access the other side then its a game glitch and u need to read the recovery section on how to recover your village.
I updated to ios5 and I don’t get smurf village notifications any longer. I’ve checked settings, rebooted, switched settings and rebooted again. Any ideas?
Have you looked at the setings on your device its maybe dont in the game that there are the wrong settings

I am having problems with my friends. I can send them all gifts and water their flower pots. But i am not receiving any gifts from them and they can not water my plants. Does anyone else experience the same problem. I tried re sync, i tried emptying the battery. Nothing works. Any anyone help.

I have similar problem. First I could not receive gifts / water but could give it. But now my friends don't receive my gifts / water anymore. Have mailed Beeline weeks ago but so far no solution…
I am on level 36 and smurfette has asked me to plant 10 corn, 10 artichoke, and 10 tomatoes. I have down this but the ! Will not go from over her head. Any suggestions?
There is a game bug. U need to replace regular corn with golden corn but golden corn cost 15sb (buy harvest wagon)
If u dont have golden corn then u have to wait until next update.

I have a sand smurf near the dam on my island….it will not allow me to get the xp from the sand smurf…..had this problem with a crab close to the dock but the update fixed that, after the update the dam was missing and I had to repurchase it (not fair) but I was able to get the xp from the sand smurf before I repurchased the dam….now that I put the dam back….no xp……
level 32 nothing happens when i tap on ship
Did u get a quest from papa "tap ship to go to the island" ? If not, then u haven't completed all quests to go to the island.
I'm on level 26 and just realized that pap smurf's house is missing. How can I get it back? I still have papa smurf .
U need to restore your village, go through all saved villages, see which one has papa lab and recover from there.

You are supposed to PLANT, not harvest. There's error in the message.
Level 18 and Gargamel invaded the village two days in a row… i have left with 2 smurfs although i have many houses left in my village. I am waiting for 3 days (completing quests) and no smurf have returned to my village. What can i do for this?
Recover your village till the point you were level 18.
Having trouble with mine and my friend's flowers wilting even though we water them. Also, the watering cans appear twice indicating its time to water again. My friend's flowers wilted again this morning. Can you help us?
You might want to report this to Beeline if the problem persists. Have you tried getting anyone else to water your flowers?

The smurflings only give a few quests. I think Slouchy gave me one and Snappy two the last update.

u probably bought street lights. Lanterns are hanging on a string between 2 red poles like clothes line.
Papa smurf is asking me to plant 12 crops of corn whic I have done SEVERAL times. How do I make him STOP asking for SAME thing and advance??

No you need to answer 5 question from papa smurf first in the main village to upgrade Handys Hut before you can buy Architects hut on the isalnd

I just did the most recent update, and have a problem with the information box in the upper left corner of the screen. Where it usually displays the percent of level completed, it has a set of numbers and a line extending out of the box. I hope I'm still working my way up to the next level! Does anyone else have this problem? Are they going to do an update to fix their bugs anytime soon?

That is an error message. Ignore that. It is a server issue. Try again a few hours later.
However ive waited almost an entire day and nothing happened. Also, it's not that can't visit all villages, I just can't visit certain villages (some I can always visit, others I can never visit ever since this game). I think its because those villages have something (i.e. new smurf animal etc.) that mine can't read as mine is dated.

I just did the most recent update and everything seems to be working with the exception being my main village runs really slow now, all the mini games to planting and harvesting crops! It is like I;m running the game on a 3g ( running on 4s ) but the weird thing is that my island runs just fine, not slow at all. I never had this problem before the update. I have rebooted the phone multiple times and still have the problem. Any body else experiencing this problem?

Me too ,did the first quest and now can't do anything with it. Before the update completed all 4quests and ended up with nothing, each time the head disappeared when I tried to place it. now since the update – cannot complete smurfette quest to grow vegetables, have done it
4 times and still not recognised as completed. Grew all these peas for an island quest – no recognition that I had completed the quest. Getting awfull fed up with this. How can I get the architect if I can't complete the quests?
You can get architect Smurf by completing Papa Smurf's quests in the main village to upgrade Handy's exisiting hut. This quest has nothing to do with the totem you are mentioning on the island. As for Smurfette's quests, her quests are optional, but to be clear, what exactly is she asking you to do?

you need to upgrade Handy's hut. In order to do so, you need to complete series of quests in the village.

Im on level 30. Papa smurf asked me to add architecht hut. But the market said that I have to add handy smurf. I cannot add handy smurf. Please tell me how to. I also cannot open the message in the bottle. I cannot see the task. The last one was to plant 70 tomatoes, which I have done.
What do you mean by you cannot add Handy Smurf? Do you have Handy Smurf in your main village? If no, get him in the build menu for 500 coins. If yes, you should have been prompted by Papa Smurf to do a series of quests to upgrade Handy's hut. Only by completing these quests(which will take about a week without using smurfberries), then you can proceed to the island to build Architect Smurf's house.
short question: when i was at lv 21 dreamy took off adventuring with his ship several times. while he was away (he has not discovered the island until then) the latest update came along. dreamy came back and said that he discovered something great (probably the island) but since then i just get quests in the main village … sending smurfs in the forrest to find handys notebook.
i am level 22 now …. still have the ship and still have no island to go to. is there a solution to finally get the island or do i have to go through the whole handy-stuff-quests first?
I guess quests for handy have higher priorities than quests for island. Go ahead and complete quests for handy first because you need to upgrade handy before going to the island.
Otherwise, you'll be confused on the island when papa on the island ask you to construct architect which needs handy shop upgrade.
