    I am trying to build my boat house but it says I have to build a bridge first but I don't know what or where this bridge is suppose to be!

      The Raft house can only be placed at a certain spot on the beach (look for a shadow of the raft house). The message about the bridge is just a wrong error message, it should say something like "can't place the raft house here".
