How to find Dreamy Smurf and How to get to the Island !

In order to get to the Island you have first to find Dreamy Smurf (at least level 19 or higher is required for that). He comes to your village after quite a few (and long) quests from Papa Smurf which start with searching for mint.. After that there will be even longer quests taking Dreamy on adventures. On his third adventure he will find the island and you can travel to it. Without using Smurfberries to complete these quests it might take sometime between a week or two to get to the island.
The following quests have to be completed:
- Send 2 Smurfs into the forest for 12 hours
- Send 2 Smurfs into the forest for 24 hours
- Send 5 Smurfs for 5 hours to find Dreamy Smurf
- Send Dreamy on an adventure for 24 hours
- Play Miner Smurf’s Mini Game (to get metal for the compass)
- Send 3 Smurfs into the forest for 24 hours to gather magnetic rock
- Send Dreamy Smurf on an adventure for 72 hours
- Send Dreamy Smurf on an adventure for the third time for 72 hours
- Smurf to the island
Please help!!! I have completed the quests and in my MAIN village papa smurf says click on the ship but the is not ship in my village!!! Please help!!! Where do I click to get to the island! There's no ship in my main village! Please send a picture showing where to click PLEASE
It should be on the beach at the far left side, zoom completly out to see it.
I don't seem to have a beach…any suggestions?

You have to get a long bridge and place it on the river so your smurfs can visit and when you get the new land on the other side of the bridge you will have the beach as well..
You need the long bridge it should be your. Quest on level 16

Please help, pappa smurf took me to the island after I finished a quest, I built the raft hut and a house, I planted his crops and planted the tomatoes for the message in the bottle. I had to leave the game but when I returned I can no longer visit the island, I have no ship or jetty there which I thought would have been there after pappa smurf took me..
This happened to me too.
Do you have the bridge on the beach? If you have the bridge and no ship then you will probably have to recover your last game where you had the ship on the beach. Unfortunately that means you'll lose everything you've done since then. Be sure to fix these problems quickly just in case that is the only way to fix them. I have had to start games over too many times like that. Wish there was a way around it!! Good luck. I have yet to be able to play with or find out if any of my facebook friends are playing! Lol. Games are full of glitches but coding is super hard!
I'm at level 25. I'm looking forward to getting to the island but I still haven't seen Dreamy Smurf. Is that normal?
He will come up after a long line of quests, so depending on what you current Papa Smurf quest is it might be normal.
idk if this'll help but if you just keep on doing papa smurf quests then he'll eventually ask u to go out into the woods to look for mint after that quest then you'll have found dreamy but just to warn ya i'd have 9 smurf berries that u dont need because im on his second journey and hopefully wont be a third because i want the island badly
There will be a third, Dreamy will go on one adventure for 24 hours and then two for 72 hours, after that the island is found
really thanks the first two of three was the 72 hour one maby this last one after today will be the 24 hour one because im tired of waiting every three days ty for ur help
I am not sure, for me the first one was 24 hours and the last two were 72 hours, but maybe it changes randomly.
yeah thats right i forgot the one where u search for the mint plant or the quest to find dreamy was the 24 hours on because dreamy came back from his vaoyage last night and i got the island not that bad for a island except the mushrooms/ huts r over priced thx for ur help.
I'm on the island and PS is telling me to build a hut, where do I find it? Also to build another noise on the island do I need to wait till the next 26th level? Is there a way to get it?
A hut is just a normal mushroom house for a "worker" Smurf as you can build on the mainland as well. I do not know what you mean with "noise"
Help! Today a special for Nat Smurf popped up saying that he was 50% off. So I bought him for 15 smurfberries but when I placed him, all of my smurf berries were gone! I used to have 21 and now I have 0. What can I do to fix this?

The tasks will only be completed when the rafts come back, also make sure you have choosen a raft that has the exact time Papa Smurf asks for.
How to go to other islands, I have a boat
You can only go to your own island and only to that specific one. If one of your friends/neighbours already has an island, tap on their boat and you will get there.
I'm having an issue with the rafts as well. My problem is that the rafts are coming back but the smurfs aren't! As of right now I'm supposed to have 6 smurfs. Two of them are on a mission, I sent two out on rafts, and the other two are cropping. The rafts have been back for awhile now, but I can't resend them out, can't plant anything, can't build anything because it says I don't have any available smurfs. Is anyone else having this problem? How do I get them back?

Papa smurf is adking me to harvest onions, watermelon, pumpkin amd lettuce at the same time, How do I do that?
Plant them so that they will be done at the same time, then when you harvest them, do it in the correct order that pap smurf is giving you.
Papa smurf keeps asking to build a smurf hut. What is that? I got a storage hut in the island and Papa keeps asking for the smurf hut. How do I fix that?

what meens add some marbles
It means you have to add some marbles to your island, i.e. place them somewhere. Marbles are little “stone balls” kids can play with. You find them in the second shop on the island for 1500 Coins (after the new sandy paths).
When can i buy swing and gazebo:-/. It is not on shop. Pls sell them again. Plssssssss
They were only available for a limited time over Thanksgiving. If they come back then probably not before next Thanksgiving, but we do not know, Beeline has not yet redone sales.
Is the word 'Travelling' spelt differently in a smurfs dictionary? Is this an American spelling such as colour/color etc
Traveling would be American, Travelling is mostly British English
I have completed all tasks from papa smurf. I am now at the point that papa smurf is telling me to click the ship. Problem is, I don’t see a ship. Any help would be appreciated….thanks
It should be on a dock at the left side of your village (at the beach).

It is ony there when you have selected the raft house, here is a screenshot that shows where the raft house is placed

You need to build a bridge (i chose the stone bridge) over the river to the left. Once it's built, you will be able to get to the beach and the boat

No, but Beeline generally never releases information about it, they just release it.
So if you expand the island for 25 smurfberries, does it expand your actual village to. If not it sort of seems like a waste because you end up spending 50 smurfberries just to expand both thirty percent
No, it will only expand the island. Both the island and mainland are totally separate, meaning everything you buy on the mainland is not available on the island and vice versa. It is like a second village.
Can you please update the site soon. I would really like to know about the new smurfs introduced in the latest update and if sassette is worth the thirty smurfberries. It would be nice to know what their purposes are
This website will probably be updated next week, but we are doing this for free in our spare time, so it is normal that we do not always have the time to be immediately up to date.
I was wondering if the amount of smurfs on the Island are included in the Max limit of 250 smurfs and pets?
The island has its own character limtit. That is why Beeline added it, so even if you are maxed out on the mainland, you can start again on the island.

You can buy an expansion for 25 Smurfberries from the Smurfberry Shop on the island, there are no more expansions than that available at the moment.
I’ve been given the task from Dreamy to send out a raft for 24 hours. I’ve done this twice and the task has not been completed. The same thing occurred when Papa Smurf gave the task to send out a raft for 8 hours. I’ve tried shutting down my device, not sure what else to do!
I think the quests only complete when the rafts are back, have they returned?
Yes. Actually, since I’ve posted my question the Papa Smurf quest completed. The Dreamy quest is still pending. The first raft I sent out for 24 hours did not complete the task when it came back. I believe my second 24 hour raft did not work either (it was a little difficult to keep my rafts straight because for a long while none of my rafts were showing how much time was left and a couple were gone longer than the time I sent them out for). I’ve sent out a 3rd raft for 24 hours to be sure (my 3rd raft isn’t showing how much time is remaining). I wanted to pay smurfberries just to move on but that’s not showing as an option on Dreamy or my raft.
There are also several different rafts that can be send out for 24 hours, so it might also be possible that only one of them will work (the Smurfberry once are of course not required to complete it).
Same is happening to me. All my rafts are returning…I started tracking my times since I have yet to see the window showing how much time is left. However, I keep having the quest from Dreamy to send a raft for 24 hours to "deliver my letter". I have been stuck with Dreamy's quest for the last 3 days and have sent out the raft 3 different times. Any ideas?
Have you tried my suggestion to send out one of the other 24 hours rafts? There are several maps you can choose one which will lead the rafts for 24 hours, so maybe not all of the 24 hours rafts work.
I finally got mine to work but I’m not sure if it was trying the different map or using a different raft that did the trick. Thnx.

Hello, I have been having the exact same problem. I am on level 32 and besides the 24 hour raft with smurfberries, I only have one other 24 hour raft to choose from until I get to level 34. Do you think I need to be on level 34 in order to complete that task? Wondering what levels the others who were having the same problem were on. Thanks
No, the tasks you get you should always be able to complete on the level you got them, so this is really weird. But unfortunately I do not know about a solution to this yet, please contact Beeline and let them know about it (you can reach them at support@beeline-i.com), maybe they can help (or at least fix it with an upcoming update).
i ve been playing my smurf till level 23 on the ip0d. but now that i have ipad, how do i transfer the smurfs to the ipad, without resetting the levels?
Either connect your game to Game Center if your iPod supports that or you have to restore your iPad from an iTunes/icloud backup of your iPod. Please see our Troubleshooting section for instructions.
will the new items and characters be available once the island has been discovered? i'm currently doing the quests now. but i still see no changes in my item menu.
They are only available on the island, you can not put them in the mainland village, hence they will not be visible in the menu there.
I was on the quest to send the Dreamy Smurf on an adventure (72 hours long), and when I reset the clock (Yes, sorry that I cheated!), the remaining time increased to 83 hours instead of decreasing. I tried to reset the time again and now the remaining time was over 8000 hours!!! And the app keeps crashing whenever I try to open. What's happening?? Please help!!
Messing with the time can cause problems like this, becasue the ingame timer gets "confused" (i.e. corrupted). You can try the recover village feature described here: http://www.mysmurfsvillage.com/smurfs-village-gui… to restore your village to a point when everything was still fine, though you might loose some progress

On the island I’m getting a quest to deliver dreamy smurfs letter and it says to send a raft out for 24 hours and I did and it keeps telling me to send the letter
The quest will most likely not be completed until the raft has come back.
the raft did come back but it din't work so I keep sending out a raft for 24 hours but he's still telling me to deliver the letter
There are different rafts that can be send out for 24 minus (with other odds and costs) so maybe you should try one of the others.
I have the same issue. There are 3, 24 hour rafts. The first is 55coins the second is 2 smurfberries and the second requires a level i have not achieved. Both papa smurf and dreamy have a 24 hour raft quest that i cannot complete.
it looks like there are quite a few bugs with the rafts. I would keep trying, but it is possible that in the end this needs to be fixed by Beeline.

There are different kind of shells, for example in the second shop on the island for 100 Coins (located after the first paths). It does not matter what kind of colour you choose.

The lanterns are three party lanterns on a laundry line with a kind of candy cane at the side. You can find it for 1500 Coins in the first shop. There is a bug with the rafts that causes the "info" window not to pop up when they are out (Please refer to our "Bugs & Solutions" page here: http://www.mysmurfsvillage.com/bugs-solutions/ ) But they should at least come back. I would wait for a little while longer, maybe something went wrong with the timer, but if they do not come back after that, you should contact Beeline (support@beeline-i.com)
I've got to the island, and i have 2 rafts out..I've been trying to see how long they've got left but i can't figure out how to? I've tried tapping on the rafts themselves, but nothing happens.

I’m in level 26 and I have the update 1.1.7. My friend is in level 19 and he received a boat with this update, I didn’t. We both had the quest of finding mint, after it my friend received dreamy, I didn’t. So, I have no boat and no Dreamy smurf, what should I do?
The boat/dreamy comes up after lots of quests, as the article above says. Have you done all of Papa Smurf's storyquests?

No, no one got the boat right away, as you can read in the article above, the quests have to be completed to get it and it takes about a week to do so. If your friend got it early, it means he sped up the completion of the tasks, for example with the use of Smurfberries.

There is beach on the island, it is the "sandy" or "yellowish" area at the beginning (where the boat docks).

A population of 112 out of 110 does not mean you are missing two smurfs (that would have to be 110/112). This just means that you have bought two Smurfs from the Smurfberry Shop without building them a house.
How many houses do you have? How many of them are upgraded? The number of your smurfs (living in your village, not the ones available, i.e. not working), in your case 112 must equal the number of crop fields + shrubs + flower boxes.
Is Papa Smurf asking for 3 crops of Peaches part of it. It is taking a long long time tom complete

No, that is still part of the previous tasks, the "island/dreamy" task begin with sending two smurfs out for 12 hours and only include sending out smurfs, except once, when it says to play Miner's game.
The new update for the village made the Painting Game impossible. No matter how nicely I filled in the colours, the comment is POOR. I simply just can't unlock any more colours. Plus I built a lot of Smurf function huts on the new island as new tasks, but those huts don't do anything?!
The issues with Painter Smurf is known, please refer to our "bugs & solutions" page here: http://www.mysmurfsvillage.com/bugs-solutions/. I do not understand you problem with the "huts". The normal mushroom houses have only one function, and that is to add a new smurf, in this case, to your island. Then there are huts like Sasette's or Slouchy's, they just add that particular Smurf to the island.

Marbles which sussette asks about them in her quest are small coloured mini balls with a circle , but you need to add the one cost coins not those cost smurfberries

You wont get ship or island at first you need first to unlock dreamy then you will get the ship, please read the post above and the comment below you will get an idea.

If you have the island, you have the shadow. Go to the build menu on the island and select the raft house, then look closely on the beach (near to the dock where the boat is) there is a transparent version of the raft house that you just selected. Place the house there so that it exactly overlaps and it will work.
Yes that is the first of all. After this One you have to play Miners Game, then another with smurfs in the Wood and so on… All in all it will take a week or so ’til you get to the island.

The 2nd bridge papa ask you to build should be place on the leftside of the River, and try to fit the bridge at botton of the river, and you will be able to mave the screen to the left and keep moving you will see the "SHIP"

you need to build the bridge that connects to left side village. Once the bridge complete, you will see the beach and the boat.
Think that you need to contact beeline and se if they can help you support@beeline-i.com but i think tha they are going to tell you to bring your village back to an date before this happend
i cannot put a bridge on my left side because in my screen there is only one river on my ryt side i dont have river on myleft… i hope beeline can fix this bug.

No, Dreamy can't be seen on the boat.
Maybe you did not complete Papa Smurf's Dreamy Quests (maybe he appears after completing them, check Papa Smurf) or maybe its a bug, contact beeline so they could fix it by using the following email: support@beeline-i.com

I e-mailed the email adress given & they told me to visit their website & fill out a form, which i have done several times & it never works. Hmmm….. I even had a network admin. help me with it & he said that there is something wrong with their website.

If you are level 16 or higher, it should let you build the bridge that connects to left side village to the beach. Just build a wooden bridge or stone bridge if your level allows you. Find the narrowest part of the river and place a bridge. Dont worry too much about the bridge location, you can move it later.
