Snappy Smurfling

In version 1.1.9 (iOS) and 1.0.7a (Android, expected soon) an another new special Smurfling was added whose hut can be bought with coins. Snappy Smurfling’s yellow mushroom house costs 2500 gold Coins and is only available on the island. In order to be able to place his hut in the village you have to reach at least level 22 upwards. Snappy Smurfling is not stationary, that means he walks around the island and gives quests on his own.
His hut is yellow and he has a brown bear sitting next to it.

My Snappy Smurfling gone missing and the recovery tool won't help me here. Is there a way to delete his hut so I could buy it back again and this might cause Snappy's restart?
No, That won't bring him back. If you can't use the recovery tool, you may not be able to get him back. You could always double check with Beeline and open a ticket at http://beeline-i.com/support.php
I've already opened a ticket and they said that the recovery tool is the only way to bring him back. So, I guess I will have to play without Snappy
I hope they will fix him someday.
Got same problem, even recoverd to 2 days befor snappy gone mising and snappy not back. I just hope that snappy come back on his own time.
I've been given a quest by Dreamy, to grow 4 palm crops to make Snappy a hat. Is this any 4 crops or does it have to be a certain one? I've tried everything and can't get it.
When I got that quest, I grew coconuts. I don't think it matters which palm crop you grow, but you have to grow a crop that grows on the palm trees.
My snappy is gone when will he ever come back
As long as you haven't altered your system clock, there should not be a good reason your smurfs keep disappearing. I just responded to your query about Sweepy and Snappy under the Sweepy Smurf topic where you left the first question. The programmers at Beeline have added penalties if the game detects the system clock has been changed since that is a common way some players try to time cheat their crops. Penalties include Jokey no longer giving gifts as well as smurfs beginning to disappear. If you haven't changed the system clock, you should open a ticket with Beeline at http://beeline-i.com/support.php
I have a theory about the dissapearing Snappy smurfling. Now my snappy disappeared a long time ago, so it is hard for me to remember when exactly he dissapeared. But i believe it was level 23. I ask you all, when did your Snappy smurfling dissapear?
When i did a restore he dissapeared at the same story point both times.
Mu Snappy dissapeared too at level 23, but I only noticed it a longt ime after that when I bought Sassette. I don't want to go back in time to an earlier saved version of my game (by tapping Pappa Smurf in the main menu) since I don't want to loose all my progress and all the items I bought. (I'm level 27 now)
That is pretty much your only option.
I just got level 23 and Snappy gave me a quest to plant 10 Honeydew. Before they had finished he vanished. When I harvested I got no quest xp so Snappy is really gone.
I am on Android.
You might try to recover from the hidden backups. From the blue Play menu, tap Options. Tap Papa Smurf's head 16 times. When it appears, tap Recover Village. Your files should appear on your screen. Start with the most recent and work backward to preview the files and see if you can find Snappy.

Recover your village: Go to options, tap Papa Smurfs’ head 16 times. A ‘recover village’ button appears. Press it and you’ll see a list off saved villages. Select one, preview it, and if it’s yours select ‘recover’.
Not going to work if the last save point is already when Snappy's gone.
Already contacted bee support, and they can do Nothing about it too.

I have the same problem, except for me its snappy, 2 of my rafts, a catapillar and a snail…. and now my reporter smurf is gone too… So theres really nothing that they can do? Beeline never even emailed me back, after numerous complaints I just stopped tring to get it fixed.
Same problems as Logan, except the rafts. But I also lost all of my animals in the sanctuary…
How much xp does snappy, slouchy, and sassette give each day when placed next to each other?
I think 250 but you can get more by placing toy chests and trains.
Snappy and Slouchy are not giving me any xp even if both are place next to sassete house.
Their xp only generates once a day, and are you sure they are placed side by side? Could you post a screenshot?
I also don't get anything from slouchy and snappy smurf. They are all placed right next to each other, but I only get xp from sassette and so far haven't gotten any quests or xp from the other two ! Can you please help me ?

And what quests would she be referring to? What Venezia is asking is relating to the houses, not the quests.
I lost Snappy Smurfling. His house is still there. When I previewed the day I wanted to restore the island to, Snappy was there. But, when I offcially restored it he was not there. Should I delete his house and buy him again? I have a android phone and I have the Sporty Smurf Update. Please help.

A common problem-try Recover Village in the Main Menu, then options. (It's hidden-you have to tap Papa's head sixteen times, then tap the Recover Village option when it pops up.
A lot has been wrong since the last update I made to the game. First I stopped getting MIB it doesn't show up at all, Second on the new island and main island I've noticed that some of my worker smurfs are disappearing, and also the my snappy smurf is gone. He left a few days ago, showed back up, and now he's gone again. ALso my game keeps freezing. What's going on? How do I get my smurfs back?
I seem to have lost Snappy Smurfling from my island.
His hut is still there, and he still appears in Slouchy’s quests, but he isn’t wandering on the island like dreamy and slouchy.
Have tried restoring, but up to the earliest available, he’s still missing.

My Rafts haven't been working for 4 weeks now , I thought if I updated my Raft Hut, it would work , so I purchased berries , still nothing, have sent Two emails to Beeline and all I get is an email to say they are working on it and everyone one has the same problem, yet I know a lot of people who play Smurfs and they don't have any problems with their Raft, I just want them fixed please

Recover your village till the point you still had him or report it to Beeline.
I have lost snappy also, tried to recover and still nothing. I have an Android phone. I have moved the huts and still no snappy.

Have you tried to buy the hut again otherwise if it wasnt a long time ago it disappeard you can try to tap on papa smurfs head 16 times and go back to an date before the hut disappeard.
Snappy want me to gather 6 pieces of wood with rafts… But my rafts dont ever bring back wood?

Tap on one of the rafts and look in the bottom of the list there is a speciall wood raft tour that you can send out your smurfs on

are you using apple or Android. If it is android I suggest to restore your game to an earlier version, may be is around but is transparent.
My Snappy is gone, too. The hut is still there. When I get the daily dance only the other two dance.
I went into "recover village" ( just to preview) and checked some old saves but he wasn't there either. But he should have been there because he disappeared yesterday.
Be sure that he is not dancing behind any of the small huts sassette did that for me a couple of times

Sean, not sure how you lost him. double check, may be he is around but you didn't see him. In you can find him you can only recover your village to an earlier version, but you will loose some prograsse.

You need to complete all of Papa Smurf's quests that came with the latest update in the main village. He will ask you to send smurfs into the forest about 5 times. Without using smurfberries, it will take about a week to complete. Only upon completion of upgrading Handy's hut(you will see a new button appear that says 'Handy's shop', when you tap on Handy Smurf's hut), then you can go to the island and build Architect Smurf. He can be found in the island's build menu, next to Slouchy Smurf for 1500 coins.
Snappy smurfling wants me to harvest something red and there are many choices! There is tomatoes,raspberries,magic raspberries,or strawberries? Please help me pick the right one!
Any red crop should do the trick. I did the fastest crop, Raspberries. Worked for me.

If you have not altered your clock, there's stilla chance to retain him-try Recover Village.
When I was doing snappy’s quest, it was shown that brainy and papa smurf are talking with each other. But then the conversation stop just like that, not making any sense. Is this normal?

ANDROID Help please. Every time I build Snappy's Hut he starts deleting things off my island then out of my village. Anyone else having this problem? I have restored it twice now and am scared to build him again, but I really want him!

Hi! My rufts have been gone for a week and I cannot do anything about it, quest not done, Papa is asking to send a ruft… And now my dam disappeared… I started building another one, but cannot acces that part of the island with all my crops. Please HELP!!!!!!
Contact Beeline for the missing rafts. Don't try to place anything to close to the dam, it might dissappear.

Snappy Hut's is only available on the island's build menu. Are you accessing your menu through the island?

My message in a bottle still doesn't work properly. I got the dogs head, but the second MIB just gave me a gift of a sink, no totem pole piece, and I had only just finished the second task. Anyone else still having problems with MIB?
The MIAB doesn't garanty a totem pole piece.
But I didn't even get to finish the whole sequence of tasks before it gave me the sink, I still had two tasks to go and plenty of time left.

Doing so, placing all three together and then adding those toyboxes Seouls give extra xp. I bought and built three boxes but it wasn,t easy to get all three 'green' When placed in front.. I find the range for placing itims a bit short from the Huts.. But I do enjoy the sweet dancepreforming.
Snappy's hut won't give XP unless BOTH Sassette & Slouchy's huts are beside it.
