The island
By
The island is not just a normal expansion of the village; it works as a second village within your main village.
This was done due to the character limit in the mainland village. With the island working as a second village it is possible to have a new character limit on the island so that people can still add new Smurfs there even when they reached the maximum on the mainland but it still allows the game to be played on older devices with limited memory as well.
This also means, that some of the features (for example the ability to colour items with Painter Smurf or Farmer Smurf’s Plant All and Harvest All Modes) and most of the special Smurfs (like Farmer Smurf, Smurfette, Miner Smurf etc.) are not available on the island (at least not yet).
The only Smurfs that can go from the mainland to the island are Brainy Smurf, Papa Smurf and Dreamy Smurf. Papa Smurf will give different quest lines on the island and on the mainland.
To go to the island just tap on Dreamy Smurf’s ship that is docked at the beach and it will take you there.
The island has the same basic building and shop principle as the mainland (four different shops with different kind of items etc.) but there are items that will only be available on the island and not the mainland and vice versa.
The island itself can be expanded to the south for 25 Smurfberries, just like the mainland, though this expansion is at the moment only available once on the Island .
The Raft House (by Brainy)
On the island, one of papa quests is to place a raft house. The only place you can place a raft house is along the water line near the boat. Just look for the ghostly image of the raft house along the water line when you are looking for a spot to place the raft. Currently, the maximum number of rafts you can have on the island is 5 .
Gifts from raft expeditions are : yellow crab, hammock, green chair, blue changing room, straw umbrella, smurfberries, coins, beach tower, potions, rare pavilion. (credit to Jewel Morel)
Gift chances from raft expedition: 1 hour with 10% change, 3 hour with 20% changes , 24 hour with 30% chances (credit to Jewel Morel)
There are some issues/bugs with the rafts:
1. Some people have reported the raft doesn’t do anything when they tap on it .
2. Others (including myself) have seen where rafts are sent out for expedition but haven’t returned after 24 hour.

We have no info at the moment. But it is almost certain there will be more island land expansions in future updates. Just stay tuned.
Im on level 25 and have the raft but it won't go anywhere also Papa smurf says dreamy is out adventuring and will be back in 8143hours ??? Thats nearly a year!!!
Which device are you using? Currently, some users are facing bugs with their rafts. Unfortunately, this is an issue that has to be addressed by Beeline. So, the current temporary solution is to restore your game to an earlier time.
I bought a turtle for the island with smurfberries and put it next to the water right beneath the dock, but now it won't let me tap it for xp and I can't move it. I have tried restarting the device ( iPad) but nothing. Any suggestions?
This is a known bug and there are a few other players with the same problem hope Beeline fix it in the next update.

Papa smurf tells me to build brainy smurf house. I had already built before. Now I do not finish the quest even if I try to move it. What do I do? deleted the house, losing money and time?
Its seems to be a bug, but if u are villing to to delet it and build brainys house again it can be worth to try that ide to move on with the questions

I expanded my island, but now I can't zoom in on the left side of my island – about 1/3 of the total area. Is this a system-wide bug that needs to be fixed or is it just me?

I'm at level 20. I have done all quests by papa smurf on the mainland. And then the next quest is, how about we smurf to new island? Tap the ship to visit the island.
But i have visited the island a number of times but the quest doesn't say t is completed or finished?!? what do i do now?
It should work. Try restarting your device, then before going to the island the next time, click on Papa Smurf and press "ok" on the task (just to be sure) and try again.
I think that notifications of the island does not work unlike the mainland.
When complete, a building for example, or if he comes back from exploring a smurf does not give me any notification is a bug?
It;s a bug. Other players are experiencing the same thing.
How do you build the rafth but I try to build it but it keeps saying I need to build a bridge first, and I try to build a bridge but it wouldn't let me do that eirther.
After the boathouse has been built papa smurf asks to send out a raft for 30 secs for 900XP. When I click on OK the raft doesn't leave. Is that because I first have to upgrade the boathouse for 10 000 coins BEFORE any rafts can be sent out?
Hi Rene, do you only have 1 raft? The raft should leave if you have tapped the correct raft to send out. i.e. the one that states 30 seconds.
Will there be more crops On the island or even the main village with upcoming Easter update?

Papa smurf's quest to sent a raft out for 8hours was completed. But problems is my smurfs and raft never came back! I'm still waiting for the brainy's quest (24hrs quest) to return.
how do i revive crops that are wilted on the island??
You can not harvest them, just delete and grow new ones
Find brainy and click on him. He should state your crops have wilted and will charge a smurfberry to revive them all.
I’m clicking on dreamys boat docked at my mainland and it is not taking me to the island…please help and I’m on level 29
can they put snappy smurf on the new island because i want snappy smurf to have a minigame where he be's recless and tracker smurf has to catch him then your paid some xp and coins for your help.

I've reached the island, and papa smurf asks me to build a house. Just one problem, i've got 0/0 smurfs on the island. Only three smurfs (Brainy Smurf, Papa Smurf and Dreamy Smurf) are there… On the mainland all my smurfs (46/46) are available…?? I don't understand it… Any suggestions ?
You basically have to start your village from scratch, Paul. Start building mushroom houses again to gain more smurfs and follow Papa Smurf's instructions from there.
Does anyone know how i would go about starting another island? i made another account with a new email address but cant start a new Village:-(
It only works if you have game center because if you want a new village you create a new game center id with a new email address to get a new village with

How do i add flowers to the raft shop?
Has the issue been fixed yet about the crops withering on the island within minutes. I cropped 8 batches of eggplant and they all withered and I was trying to do papa smurfs quest to plant 22 eggplant. How can I get past the quest when they wither within minutes which doesn’t seem fair in I’m losing coins cause they are withering so quickly???

No, it has not yet been fixed, Beeline is still working on it.
I have the same problem, My crops wither long before the expired time, loosing coins. Eggplants are not cheap to plant. Eggplants and tomatoes I lost. Mainland crops are healthy and growing well.
Mine does the same thing! So frustrating… about a couple hours after I plant honeydew or eggplant, they all wither. I've only been successful with harvesting peas. I sent a msg to Beeline-support 3 days ago and haven't heard back.
I'm level 25 and on the island i can only make 5 gardens. Everytime i want to make a new garden they say that i've had to build an extra house or smurfs but i've already have 15 smurfs. I can i fix this?
What does the Smurf indicator (when you click on a house) say how many Smurfs are available? Also, when you try to build new gardens, are your other Smurfs busy? At least one needs to be free to build the garden
My island keeps telling I need more smurfs to grow a garden but I have 6 smurfs not doing anything. Any suggestions?
I think the advice is to keep building more mushroom houses or to simply keep trying to force your smurfs to plant the plot for the crops to skirt past this issue.
I had the same problem and kept tapping at the garden on the build page. Ten to twenty times in a row, I would get the same message about building another hut, but then it would suddenly give me a garden. I kept this up until I had the right number of gardens. (I don't know if this could be used to get extra garden, as I didn't try.)
Seems to be a bug in the game; luckily, I tried your suggestion and it worked! I was finally able to get 1 garden for each smurf. I also got additional gardens that way, but stopped at 2 – what's the point if I don't have smurfs to plant them?

Besides a Smurfberry the best gift I got was the hammock as well.
so far i have had two smurfberries, two hamocks and several potions. I have lost two rafts because of the bugs. mostly i send my remaining rafts out for 1 hour at a time and then 8 hours at night.
After building the raft hut on the island. Papa smurf will give a quest to send the raft out for 30 seconds. When the raft returns, it gives a free smurfberry.
Has anyone received a susequent free smurfberry? Are the rafts the equivalent of Marco smurf?
Yes, they are like Marco and Jokey Smurf, i.e. they give Smurfberries on rare occasions. They also give gifts of great value, I have gotten a hamock which costs, if I remember correctly 12 Smurfberries and I know of someone who got a crab which is worth 50 Smurfberries. But this is rather rare.
How do I view my friends new island?
Just tap on their ship located at the beach and you can see their island.

It may mean your friend has not completed the ship quest yet, indicating their island is not accessible yet.
On the island, I get a message to build a raft hut, but when I try to place that it keeps telling me to build a bridge over the river first. Is there a bridge that will go from the main village to the island? I have been traveling by dreamy's ship. How can I build the raft hut?
24hour raft still have not return.. Any fix? Im now stuck on that task
it looks like there are quite a few bugs with the rafts. You can only wait and see if it returns, but it is possible that in the end this needs to be fixed by Beeline.
How do I send the letter for 24 hours on the new island??? Anyone can help?
You have to build the raft house, then tap one of the rafts and choose one of the 24 hour routes. When it comes back the quest should be completed.

This seems to be a bug, there is nothing you can do about it at the moment, just try to send out another raft for it to complete.
Oh yeah, finally the task is done after sending rafts for 24 hours several times.
I found that my friend island is bigger than mine. Have anyone find this unusual? My friend is at level 36 while I'm at level level 34. The difference of the island is so obvious.
He probably bought the expansion on the island for Smurfberries.
At least on Android you can gain some space by zoomin out of the scene. This gives you addional space, but you need to aim carefully if you want to tap there…
When I tap on Papa Smurf in the village he keeps saying "How about we smurf to the new Island? I have been to the island many times have many houses and farm plots and 4 rafts all working. Is this a bug in the android? I can not continue with tasks from Papa Smurf when in the village because he is all hung up on going to the island.
It should work. Try restarting your device, then before going to the island the next time, click on Papa Smurf and press "ok" on the task (just to be sure) and try again.
When you take the boat to the Island or back to the village the game shuts down during the travelling and then when you restart it you are at your destination. Is this the way it is supposed to happen or is this a bug in android?
This is a bug, you should see the traveling part and then should be on the island, it should not restart. It is not a general Android problem, but you should contact Beeline and let them know about it.

The crops on the island seem to witter randomly… Let's say I plant several honeydew crops, which takes 24 hours, but before 24 hours, sometimes my crops witter… What should I do?
Tthere seems to be a bug which only effects some people and causes their crops etc. to wither when they are traveling from and to the island. Beeline is already aware of the issue and working on fixing it.
So when will we get the mermaid among the rocks,like in the preview pics of update?
The mermaid in the pictures is not available in this version, it is also not sure if the picture shows a feature that will come at a later point or if the picture is fake.
It has been confirmed the picture is fan made.
how do i get another raft?
Tap on the raft house and you can upgrade it there, twice for coins and twice more for Smurberries.
Add a shell! What means?
The shell is only available on the island, there you can buy it in the second shop (mushroom icon) for 100 Coins (located after the first kind of paths). The colour does not matter.

Just buy some flowers from the second shop in the build menu and plant them in on your island somewhere.
I purchased the flowers but the quest is still not done? How?
They must not be the new potted ones. Try the ones to the right of the purple mushroom, and place them in front of the raft hut. Hope it works for you!

All of the Smurfberries, Coins etc. are available both on the island and the mainland. (But of course just once, meaning if you spend them on the island, they will also be gone on the mainland).

Marbles are little "stone balls" kids can play with. You find them in the second shop on the island for 1500 Coins (after the new sandy paths).
Two of my rafts didn’t return. I keep on touching the rafts so I can speed up their return even if I have to pay extra smurf berries. It won’t budge, at all! any fix?
No, not really. Sometimes they come back on their own after a while
Beeline i supposed to be coming out with another patch over the next week that will begin to fix all the recent bugs that came with the Dreamy Smurf update. I guess all this means is that you aren't the only one and that if we are patient for another few days hopefully all this will be worked out.

I've had a strange bug crop up with the new island version. The first time I thought it was a one time thing, but it just happened again. It seems connected to the time. I have NOT EVER changed the time on my device. I play with two game center accounts. The first time I was going from the island to the main land. When I arrived I had a quest completed message, which surprised me because I was in a multi-day quest and had a couple of days to go. When the message disappeared, everything in my village was withered. This time it was with my other account, and I was heading to the island. When I arrived I was surprised to see my both my rafts back at the dock–they were not due. When I saw my crops, the eggplants I had planted this morning were withered. What's really strange is that nothing else is affected. The main land is fine. And so is my other account. It seems to affect just one area at the time. The only thing the same about both times is that I left the game from the island. But I've done that numerous other times with no problems. Just wanted to pass along my experience.
The thing about crops withering has happened to a few other people as well. The only solution I have heard about seems to be to go back to the mainland before closing the app. I am not sure if it will work for you, but it has for some others.
I always go back to the mainland before I close, but everything has withered and tasks completed when I return to the island on two occasions.
This has happened to me at least 8 times. I'm frustrated because I have lost thousands of gold trying to figure out what's up. I thought perhaps the travel time to the island was the issue. Sent a note to beeline. Hoping they replace my coins and fix this issue.
How do you send out the rafts?

The Raft house can only be placed at a certain spot on the beach (look for a shadow of the raft house). The message about the bridge is just a wrong error message, it should say something like "can't place the raft house here".

When I return to my island within time all my crops have withered, even though I have put in watermelon or aubegine, is this happening to anyone else?
This has happened to some people. A solution is, at least for some of them, to always go back to the mainland before closing the app.

No, at the moment the only expansion is the one you can buy with Smurfberries, though it is expected that there will be other ones once the game gets new updates.

I find that in my friend’s 2nd village, there’re items that they have but I couldn’t find on my menu. Eg: the chair I saw my friend has green color but I dun get to see it in my menu. And my friend is at the same level with me, she could get things like the straw umbrella, blue hut etc but mine require to reach the required level to buy it. Is there a bug on these?
If you mean on the mainland village, maybe your friend painted the chair green with Painter Smurf? On the island some of the items are available as “special items” that the Smurfs bring back from their raft missions. Those are not restricted to the required level, I could for example also get the umbrella that way, even though I was not on the required level.
These items are acquired from sending rafts out. You will see a present located on the raft once it returns. Most of the time it is gold or potions but occasionally you get straw umbrellas and buildings.
I have the same problem i have lost two rafts they were sent out but never returned. do you think they will return with the new update as i have used smurfberries to get my rafts? also in my main village I sent out smurfs but they have never returned. I have lost four. I dont want to reset my game as I have moved on two levels and dont want to loose smurfberries I have bought. Any advice? thanks
I dont know how beeline is going to fix this problem because this is not Beeline official site and we don't work for beeline. I am sure they will find a way to fix it or reset the rafts.
When you tap on a raft, it either let u pick a time to send out the raft or display the remaining time when the raft is supposed to return. But it doesn't do anything when u tap on the raft.
Then the only thing you can do is wait and se otherwise you can try to contact Beeline and se if they can help you

I have the same problem. My raft never comback. I have lost three. I think I'll delect my hut then I buy it again. But I can't delect it. If I used Smurfberries what can i do?

Evertime i tap the ship only papa get on the boat but the games crash again and again. When i load the game again, i still at the mainland.
I already recover the game two days ago but still cannot go back to the island,…………..
If you are palying on an android there is unfortunately nothing you can do about its a very stupid bug and the only thing you can do is to wait for Beeline to fix it.

I don't think it work. I tried to tap the hut in build menu many times but nothing change. Still get stuck, cannot do the first task of Papa Smurf: "Add a hut on the island" without smurf. Only 3 smurfs: Papa smurf, Dreamy and Brainy. Please help with other solution.
You might have to recover your village to an earlier time…. or report it to Beeline for technical assistance.

I also have four rafts missing and cannot do any more papa smurf missions on my Island.
