Smurfs’ village players are still getting more surprises during valentine’s update, after the 50% off discount made for Tailor smurfs, many players were surprised to receive a pack of 5 free Smurfberries out of no where on the valentines day. Surely is not a gift from a friend and is neither Jockey’s nor Marco’s gifts. Apparently it is a modest gift offered by Beeline to share the love with you and wish you HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY 2012, so enjoy your free Smurfberries and happy Valentine’s day to everybody. It seems that smurfs village App ends up by crushing or freezing in few androids phones and tablets while receiving Valentine’s free Smurfberries Gift. At the moment there is nothing you can do as it seems like this is a glitch. However if you lost your village please check out our village recovery page.
Smurfs’ Village Valentine’s Day Contest

Beeline has announced the beginning of their Valentine’s Day Contest. The competition started on February 9th and will run all the way through February 13th, the day before the most romantic day of the year. Players that used their special heart themed items and decorations to create a truly impressive village can win 500 Smurfberries along with an extra 500 to give to a friend. Beeline will declare the top five winners on Valentine’s Day.

So far, the competition has been fierce. Players have been submitting elaborately designed villages left and right. Some users have shaped their crop fields and mushroom houses into giant hearts or used red fences to spell out the word love. A few contestants created massive flower fields using a combination of contrasting flower patches and mushrooms. Heart dangling trees, heart bushes, pink benches, and single rose petals are often the center of these incredible designs. There are so many different ways to decorate. All of the villages in this contest features an original landscape with bright red, pink, and pastel colors placed throughout. It’s amazing what some users have done with a bunch of mushrooms and rocks.

If you think your village can compete whether you are using your iPod, iPhone, iPad or any Android phone or tablet than simply visit Beeline contest page here, register, and post a screenshot in the contest topic section. To officially enter the competition each contestant must be a registered member of the forum. Click on the log in icon at the top of the screen and select the Get Satisfaction tab to create your Beeline account. Only one screenshot per user can be entered. Images are not allowed to be edited with Photoshop or altered in any way or it will be disqualified. To snap a screenshot on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch simply hold down the home button while pressing the on/off button at the top of your device. Transfer the photo from your device to your computer by emailing it to yourself or uploading it directly to your PC. There’s still plenty of time to design the ultimate love themed village and participate in Beeline’s annual Valentine’s Day Contest!
Papa Smurf’s Flower Box Quest

As part of the Valentine’s Day update there’s a series of special quests players will receive from Papa Smurf. One of the trickiest of these missions is the Flower Box task. Players are asked to plant 20 boxes of flowers, harvesting 20 flower boxes of Daisies, Chrysanthemums, or Roses. Although the wording of this quest can be confusing it’s possible to accomplish this mission within minutes. The flowers do not have to be fully harvested to count toward the total. It’s only requesting users to plant 20 flower boxes.
An easy way to successfully complete this quest is to plant, delete, and then re-plant each flower box until the quantity of 20 has been reached. If you don’t have any flower boxes due to a shortage of smurfs, simply delete a crop field for each box you wish to buy. There’s no set number of flower boxes required since the method involves reusing each planter. A minimum of one to five flower boxes is enough but having more will make the process go quicker. Any of the mentioned varieties or a combination can be planted. The most inexpensive of the three are the Daisies. Planting this seed instead of the other choices will save a player up to 20 gold coins.
Click on each individual box to plant the seeds. Wait a second or two and then click on the same flower box. A side menu should pop up displaying the seed type and the amount of time left before it can be harvested. On the left side of the menu should be a small red line within a circle. Clicking on it will prompt a message asking if you’d like to delete the flower. Tap yes to clear the flower box and repeat the process planting until the mission is complete. Before you know it those flowers and 250 XP are yours for the picking.
Valentine’s Day 2012 update (v 1.1.6) has been Released

As it was expected Valentine’s Day 2012 update (version 1.1.6 iOS) has been released the end of this month (January 2012). The update was release only on AppStore for iOs devices (iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad), and nothing yet was revealed about Android platform. This new update contains some new riddles, some tricky quests as well as off 50% sale of Tailor Smurfs is running for limited period. But what’s new according to beeline description is :
- Valentines decorative items are back (heart mushroom, heart bush, heart tree)
- Gift special limited-edition Valentine’s Day gifts to friends.
- Tons of new quests including a Valentine’s Day quest chain.
- Level 41 added
- “Plant all” and “Harvest all” flowers premium feature now available for Nat Smurf
- You can now remove crops from magic shrubs
- Notifications for flowers and magic shrubs
- More reliable flower watering with friends

Smurfs’ Village Valentine’s Day Update: Teaser Alert

Although the new Valentine’s Day update hasn’t officially been released yet, Beeline has graciously posted a few screenshots of what is to come. These teaser photos feature a high level flourishing village that’s been hit by cupid’s arrow. Fans can expect an abundance of pink, red, and love themed decorations. In addition a new level (Level 41) will be added, Papa Smurf will also have several unique requests to help the village celebrate this love inspired holiday.
In the first picture it’s clear that there will be some special quests involving harvesting delectable fruit like strawberries, raspberries, and cherries. Players may have to concoct a potion or gather ingredients for a tasty desert. Planting magical dangling heart shaped fruit trees and heart flower patches to spruce up the place might be a task for an upcoming party. These extremely cute seasonal shrubs will definitely change the ambiance.
Decorating which has always been a major aspect of the game will be enhanced with new items added to the shop. As depicted in the photo, statues resembling cupid shooting an arrow and heart embedded mushrooms can be used as focal points. Players will be able to get creative with their village designs as seen in the second picture. Add dozens of large heart mushrooms around gardens or as an accent against homes.
A Valentine’s Day themed mushroom is visible in the third photo hinting to gamers that there may be a new smurf or cool looking decoration items that can be unlocked. For users that absolutely love this time of the year there’s endless possibilities in terms of romantic décor. A beautiful white garden trellis with pink colored roses will be available. Players can design a magnificent oasis by placing various flowers, bright benches, fences, and stone pathways beyond the trellis. There’s also a pretty pastel spotted butterfly on a rock that users can purchase. This decoration will most likely generate additional gold and XP for players.
Overall, the upcoming release for one of the most romantic days of the year looks like it’s going to be fun.
Smurfs Village Game Future

According to Beeline’s development team, Smurfs’ Village will not be one of those games that simply fade off into the abyss of outdated apps. They’ve been working on addressing a few notorious bugs and plan on adding some exciting new content to keep gamers challenged within the coming months.
Although a major overhaul of the game is expected sometime in the spring, players can expect a seasonal Valentine’s Day update very soon. So, prepare to unleash your inner hopeless romantic because February 14th is right around the corner. Judging by the released icon of Smurffette holding cupid’s arrow romance will definitely be the center of attention in the new update. Love-inspired items, gifts, and special quests will be available along with a few corrections from the previous 1.1.5 version of the game. Watering neighbors’ flowers may become quicker and easier as well as a possible level cap increase.
Beeline Interactive Inc. has been listening to user’s feedback and plan to integrate a variety of cool features to Smurfs’ Village while fixing some of the common glitches that players often encounter. They’re considering implementing the same format used in Snoopy’s Street Fair which allows users to add friends directly without navigating through Facebook or Game Center. This small but important change will make managing neighbors more convenient. For players that find it difficult to connect with others on Game Center or just dislike using multiple applications when playing a game will appreciate this option.
Players may also notice that their scenery will significantly expand. Not only are more expansions expected to become available but the view of your friends’ villages will reach beyond the fallen logs. For those users who like to explore or be noisy this is a dream come true. In the last update snow was introduced as an effect. Users will begin to see other weather patterns such as rain appearing in their village. Path visibility while in the move mode is being addressed as well in the upcoming release.
The gifting system is promised to be improved by a host of new higher value XP items. Currently the blue mushroom containing 300XP and the potted flower with a whopping 400 XP are the highest valued gifts that users can pass on to their friends. More levels, challenging quests, and new beloved Smurf characters will emerge in 2012.
Valentine update

this version (v 1.0.3) was launched during valentine day period, many valentine’s day themes, icons, gifts were added to make your village look more romantic and colorful.
The option to extand the village and therfore more smurfs were allowed and more quests have been added.
At meantime levels 28-30 were also added, and the facility to as harvest all the crops on one go was offred.
