Hi iam girish now after this recent update in space it is giving to clear my extra which I have already cleared it and what there is there in that space it completely going and I have rebut it please fix this bug

    • Stroumpfette says:

I think you're saying that the area you already cleared on the Swoof planet is covered up again after you downloaded the update. Is that correct? If so, you need to recover your data from a hidden backup. From the blue Play menu, tap Options. Then tap the icon of Papa Smurf 16 times. When it appears, tap Recover Village. You should now see a list of files on your screen. Preview each file until you see your Swoof planet cleared the way it is supposed to be. Overwrite your village with that data file.

  2. Judy says:

Hi. On my swoop planet I don't have any purple/green area to expand. I can't locate the magic bird to expand. I know there is expansions available but I can't seem to do it. Any suggestions? Also I purchased Smurfette's hut and it has disappeared in my woods to the left of my village and it is dark and I can't get to it.

If you can recover your village from the hidden backups, you might be able to uncover the parts that got covered again after you cleared them. From the blue Play menu tap Options. Then tap Papa Smurf 16 times . When it appears, tap Recover Village. Preview the first file you see displayed on your screen. If this shows your Swoof planet in the correct configuration, overwrite your village with that file. Otherwise, preview the next file and the next one until you find the correct configuration. If you look through your entire list of backups, and don't find one with your Swoof planet ok, open a ticket with Beeline at http://beeline-i.com/support.php
